I ordered a vest 7 weeks ago and just received it this week. When I opened the package, it was the wrong size. I have emailed the company over and over and never received a reply🤬

Horrible experience. I ordered a sweater as a Christmas gift in early November. It is now January and I still haven't received it. I just keep receiving return form emails thanking me for my patience, of which I have zero left. The tracking information stopped around November and I can't get a straight answer about anything. I suspect this is a scam. It's upsetting as I saw their ad on Instagram and it looked quite professional and wasn't suspect. Now after reading the reviews about how poor the quality of items are IF they arrive, I'm glad I didn't count on them as my Mom's only Christmas gift. Beyond disappointed. They are basic thieves.

Addition 1/15/20. Finally received item 10 weeks after ordering. And at this point is what I suspected. The XXL fits more like a medium. The material is thin and cheap. There is also a HOLE in the back! I emailed the support dept immediately. Two days later have received a response that they will investigate the matter when they receive photos from me showing the measurements of the item compared with the size chart, a photo of the hole in the back, and a photo of the package's label. I plan to send all of this, but I've completely lost faith in the company weeks before I even received the horrible product. I've also reported them to the Better Business Bureau so hopefully their company will be investigated.

Do not purchase anything from this company. The garbage they send to you is not what you order. No refund will be given. I ordered a beautiful wool knitted dress and received a very cheap FLEECE NIGHTGOWN. Unacceptable thievery.

I ordered 2 beautifully pictured sweater dresses. I received 2 absolutely ridiculous fleece dresses. I am told there are no refunds except for damaged packages. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY.

Worst online experience to date. I ordered what was supposed to be a long, easy fitting, dolman sleeve "baggy style" shirt. What I got was a cheap tshirt with sleeves so tight I couldn't move my arms, a shirt that just came to my thighs, and horrible construction. I'd say it was worth about $2. It was totally misrepresented by the picture and description...which SHOULD be grounds for a refund. However, they refused. Don't do it.

Terrible products and no refunds offered which is actually against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I do not recommend and I won’t be purchasing anything else from them. I expect this to be a very short lived enterprise.

Very poor quality jacket, it was falling apart and not even fit to give to a charity shop. Refused to give a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. 🤬🤬

I ordered a faux furry jacket for my 16 year old granddaughter for Christmas. We looked at the size chart and order a medium. It arrived and looks like a xss! Very very disappointed and will never order again. I am waiting to hear from company on refund or adjustment. I will let you know. If you order, order way up on size!!

I would give negative stars if possible. I ordered sweaters for a Christmas present at the beginning of November. When I hadn’t received anything by last week I became concerned. Attempts to contact them have resulted in the customer service team telling me to be more patient and giving me a tracking number that my delivery service says does not exist. They were supposed to get back to me three days ago and are now ignoring my emails. So I have no Christmas present and they have my money. Terrible company and customer service. Do not buy from them.

How can we stop this company from trading?

I ordered three items from an advert on Instagram ... BIG mistake! It took almost a month for the items to arrive and two of the three items are awful and not as described, the material is different, the fit is different and the pattern is different. The third item is somewhat similar and actually quite nice ... if it fitted ! Mind you I don't fancy it's chances much in the washing machine though! $70 down the drain. I have asked for a refund but reading the other reviews on here I don't think I stand much of a chance !

I’d not give any stars for the load of crap I just received from this company .
It’s were substandard quality !
And absolutely NOTHING like the products advertised.
I had to bin them as they were so bad they were not fit for purpose .
What ever you do, don’t be a MUG. And buy from this company ! They shouldn’t be allowed up sell to the public, much less advertise on Instagram.

Orders 2 items both nothing like the images on the website which I am certain have been stolen from someone else’s designer labels. You can’t get a refund but by law you should. I’m having a chargeback from visa I suggest everyone does the same and shut these scammers down

I expected a nice felted wool type dress but I received a dress made from a cheap fleece throw! I wish I'd read these reviews because I wouldn't have ordered from them. Horrible quality, the dress looks like an old nightdress and took ages to arrive. Avoid avoid avoid

This is a scam company that doesn't do returns. Beware.

Do not order. Terrible quality, nothing like the pictures. No returns policy. Put 4 cardigans straight in the bin 😡

Very poor quality. I ordered a 'woolen knitted' dress and received a very cheap dress which looks like a nightdress. The material is man-made and awful. I asked for a refund but they refused even tho the dress is far too big

The dress advertised was a nice knit. What I received was cheap flannel with cheap trim. I wouldn’t even wear this as a nightgown! Totally bogus company. BUYER BEWARE!

So the bad news is that as other reviewers have noted, the items take a month or more to arrive from China, they’re nothing like the photos, and the quality is poor. The sleeves aren’t hemmed at all and will unravel in the wash if I don’t put a few stitches in. And two of the three tops were photographed as cable-knit sweaters but are actually a comfortable t-shirt fabric with some knitted pieces attached as ornaments. But! I have to say I still really like these pieces and will be glad to have such cozy-looking tops to wear at overheated holiday parties where real sweaters would be too heavy. If I saw them for sale at a store at the price I paid, I would have tried them on, and as a plus-sized woman with broad shoulders, I can’t believe how good the fit is. If the materials were better quality I would have given them a high rating. But at least the material was nice to the touch, very soft and not too artificial. So, if you love a piece you see, and are ok with it being crappier fabric than it looks, maybe go ahead and order it anyway. I won’t order from them again but I have no regrets. Oh, and, even though they came from overseas, I wasn’t charged Canadian customs, FWIW, so that was a plus too.

I should give zero stars. I have waited 2 months for my dresses and now they say I should track the pCkage. They donnt seem to know where the dresses are.
They are a scam. Avoid at all costs. Don’t even look at their stuff.
