I bought a dress from this company. when I received it I was very disappointed. This is not at all the description and the image that there was on their website and in addition, I took a size S and the dress was huge. The quality is terrible. I contacted the seller who asked me to send him some photos, what I did, and they never contacted me.

Avoid this site at all costs, wish I had read reviews before purchasing. The goods I received are poor beyond belief and nothing like what was advertised. No returns policy and an absolute refusal to do anything about it from their customer service personnel. Now in the hands of PayPal as I seek a refund for the rubbish I was sent.

Terrible, don’t buy.
Goods arrived after a couple of weeks but I ordered 2 cardigans the same except in different colours. The two cardigans were very different, with one being of much worse quality and a totally different fit than the other, which I actually quite liked. Also, after 1 wear and wash the items started unravelling from the hem and cuffs. I sent photos back to ask for replacement or refund but they said they don’t because the items had been used. I won’t be buying from them again.

I ordered a dress which turned out to be a cheap imitation of the one pictured on their FaceBook advert and website. The finish and material were nothing like that described in the advert. They do not accept returns. Do not buy from this site, it is a scam.

Misleading adverts. Terrible quality.
I ordered a Cable Knit Irregular Hem Cardigan, which looked great in the picture. But what I received in the post after waiting almost 4 weeks was nothing like what they advertise. Turns out that the picture is actually the Buckle Braid Front Cardigan from PattyBoutik; they just cropped the model's head and removed the watermark (seems like it should be illegal). It will take all the creative prowess I can muster to turn it into something wearable. Unfortunately it looks like I'll have no choice since they don't give refunds. 🖕 Hygge Point!!
