Richard saved the day and repaired our carpet after our puppy damaged it. Fast response time and great communication. Will definitely call on Richard again (but hopefully won’t need to anytime soon!) I will be recommending to friends and family.

We thought we needed a new carpet on our stairs due to the damage from our cats scratching and the general condition after being trodden down.
I found Richard on Tiktok after seeing some of his transformation videos and sent a few photos to get his thoughts.
After a good chat we agreed to let Richard work his magic and see how the carpet comes up. He's been out today and my God what a difference! The damage has been repaired and the carpets cleaned and revived. They look brand new.
