Scammers!

BEWARE OF THESE THIEFS!!!

I was recommended this insurance by a friend. I cancelled my policy in july due to my health and followed all the rules to cancel. I then receive a letter 5 months later saying that I owe £1.3k for a false claim which they will not let me prove wrong. They are forcing the money out of my bank account and have given me no evidence of the claim and are refusing to allow me to justify that the claim is false. AVOID THIS PROVIDER AT ALL COSTS!!!

Hi, sometimes there are cars we're unable to insure so it's always best to see if your car insurance company can insure the new car you have in mind and get a quote for any change in price before purchasing the car.

When a policy is cancelled we work out how much of the insurance has been used compared to how much has already been paid (and taking into account any cancellation fees), if it works out that you've paid more then we refund the difference once the cancellation process is complete. rip off renewal price

paid £446 last year with this company with black box not even done half of the mileage no accidents the renewal price they wanted was £3033 they must be mad thinking anyone is going to pay this

Sadly would absolutely not recommend

Sadly would absolutely not recommend. Poor and slow response, bombarded with texts and emails despite making arrangements with one department. Charges and amendments are outrageous and differ massively from quote. Any excuse to charge people. Device was slow to arrive, and was defective. Paid over £250 and policy was cancelled mid month! Appealing company, clearly do not know consumer law. AVOID!!!

If I had the option I would’ve given…

If I had the option I would’ve given them 0 for their review. The y have so many hidden charges that actually cost a lot more than other companies. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get their insurance from them coz if you need to cancel it even within the 14 day cooling period they will still take out 2 months of insurance payment one way or another. They add the box charges by saying they never received it in 30 days so you have to pay for it. Plus administration fee, plus cancellation fee. So please guys be careful.

Can take money from your bank without consent

Would definitely avoid this company. They took £700 from me for one month and a half insurance cover. They also can take money from your bank without consent as another £23.95 was taken 3 days ago! The complaints department are not helpful at all and the company will not refund you money even if you want to cancel your insurance within 14 days. Please read the small print. They offer you cheap cover but rob you instead and there is nothing you can do about it. Will definitely avoid this company in the future!
