Contracted collections -- Clinical Waste
We have dealt with Initial Medical for a number of years. In the beginning everything was fine; we had a regular driver who collected on time, same day every week. Approximately 12 months ago things rapidly declined, the regular driver left and collections were made on any day of the week and sometimes not at all.
However , after complaining a couple of times we were assigned a new regular driver about 3 months
ago . He is very pleasant to deal with, always punctual and collects on time each week. We are back to where we were years ago and that is only a good thing !!

First ClassService
We have been customers of Initial for approximately 10 years, the service has been first class from day one. All staff who complete uplifts are warm, friendly and extremely reliable.

Great service today when I called to resolve an outstanding invoice.
