I purchased a lifetime subscription to IVACY VPN, and I understand that PureVPN is now taking over the service.

I have been trying to reach out to the company to make sure they will still honour the lifetime subscription under the new PureVPN account.

Not only that, but I have been ghosted and regardless my repeated emails, no answer received.

Furthermore, I thought IVACY was a professional and reliable company, however, the feeling is they sold the company, and they don't care about the current clients any more...

I can't install, I can't enter my dashboard. The site has only announcement that ivacy will die in 45 days and ask me to move from lifetime subscription into new ended in 2027!!! I paid 120 dollars and saw my eyes subscription until 2087! Shame on you, scammers
