Avoid this site. Absolutely terrible customer service. Today I have a tiny win, withdraw it only to discover that I can't withdraw it until I update my bank details which have been fine for ages. I then decided to deposit a fiver, but when I tried playing, I was told to contact customer service. They then advise me that my account is locked due to needing to provide ID. I asked then how come you took my last deposit if my account was locked out, please refund at least that. Nope, they won't do it, I have to provide ID that's not available to me unless I pay for it. Their wonderful advice was get a citizen card. They cost £20. Basically avoid like the fkn plague.

Well like one custome review I have just read, I had the understanding that this site, along side mfortune was closed, or something to that effect, so I was confused on why I was still receiving promotions from them, but I shall NEVER play on these 2 sites, as not only seeing they are unfair to their customers, but reading these reviews...! Thank you guys..!

There worst sites have ever came across deposited tried to take winnings and they ask for id sent document after documents and guess what even though they great documents they get rejected I will be taking this further

Please avoid this company at all cost, I joined a few days ago, I deposited 20 pounds by debit card, when I attempted to collect winnings I was told winnings couldn't be paid by the method of deposit and they required access to my online banking, which I'm unwilling to give, When you attempt to complain they tell you they will get back to you within 8 weeks which would be fine for people not in a hurry for there winnings, If I deposit by debit card I would expect winnings to be returned in the same manner, Iv asked for the account to be closed but please avoid at all cost.

Back in 2023 along side mfortune and pocket win and Dr spinn etc they lost there licence for unfair gaming. For basically scamming people.... Since been under new management they make out there fair 😂

I've so much evidence on them I've called the commission twice. 92% RTP they have put majority of there games down to, bit silly of me but tonight I have spent £80 on 20p spins guess how much I won or should I say got back... 40p lol dead spins. Safe to say they should never of been given there license back. Because now the customers are suffering once again. and seeing the reviews it'll not be long before the commission takes a look and clicks on these are and will be forever scammers. Says you get to spin a wheel on registration but the wheel does not load.
Was going to deposit to get access to the other wheel. 100% wont be now.. just showed me that they are a scam.

Massive scam. Let me deposit £20 and won’t let me withdraw £50 that’s in my CASH balance. They don’t reply and don’t let you withdraw. Will take further legally if I need to.

Joined deposited £10 then withdrew because I saw the reviews, got paid a day later so I thought I will get ahead and submit id and bank statement before depositing further and then requesting this before giving me my money anyway they have accepted my id but my pdf bank statement of my online banking isn’t acceptable they don’t accept it I mean who gets paper statements anymore 🤦🏼‍♀️ just a scam glad I did this

Tried to withdraw, Waited, Nothing happened. SO I contacted them, They told me I need to send in ID (Photo ID, Bank statement and phone bill) Isent in all 3 and only my Passport was approved, Contacted them again and they told me to send in mor information, now this one has been pending for days. My withdrawal is still pending and I'm starting to think they cannot pay £40 to a customer.
Not only have I had issues with this but in order to change my address, I need to send a letter addressed to me within the past 3 months, but if I send it in, It gets ignored (Even when I use their Upload Document tool)
Highly suggest avoiding depositing anything to this website as they will try find loopholes to not pay out a withdrawal, or just not process anything to you just sit waiting.

Still waiting for my winnings after 3 weeks when jammy monkey say it will be in my bank within 5 working day's and when I enquire about this all I keep being told is that it's still pending. It's probably the worst gaming site that I've ever been on and will not be using it anymore.

The verification process and the fact after 5 days I’m still waiting for my £1000 withdrawal with fears of me never receiving it growing by the hour.

I must have sent around 50 documents to this site now and every one was perfect and acceptable but they purposely rejected it each time demanding I re send it.

I am not wasting my time and money here anymore. I've gone to Planoff for the sake of my mental health. I will not advise you to bet here
