I put £200 into this site on Friday evening, and withdrew £226 later that night via debit card - the money was in my account on the Monday morning. So I've certainly not experienced issues like many other people - I don't think this is a scam though - just a casino which obviously comes with inherent risks to your money!

The one thing I would say is that these aren't games you'd find anywhere else... for me I found them all to be a bit samey and generally pretty low volatility... things bonus fairly often but will only pay you 10-30x. And it's only slots from what I could see. Still, my experience was fine.

No one to don't play to this s***y casino. I play 300 pounds didn't ask anything. When I widraw 105 pounds they ask I'd and phone bill. I send all documents and still not received my money already pass 2 weeks. And they said the phone bill is not good because not show up my last name and just first name. And there is my address and phone no the same wit my details. I message to them every single day. I sayd to them I need my money because I run out of money and after this they close my account

Where do I start deposited £30 played through a few slots ended up withdrawing £100 was told to upload documents so I did all got accepted, then get a text saying my usage was concerning after just £30 they'd put a block on my account, now I can't get a reply from live chat or email, no live numbers to ring.

Still not sorted no money no contact will be going to gambling commissions and ibas as I now no they've been done for money laundering on two separate occasions

It’s a shame you can’t get zero stars. This firm is an absolute joke.
1- deposit funds went missing chat couldn’t help at all just get told nobody is working.
2- funds eventually credited with no bonus at all, chat were just repeating themselves saying they are short staffed and to wait. Asked where to complain and chat got refreshed and cut off.

To add insult they message you for more bonuses

Waited since Monday for my withdrawal was told 5 days, its now a full week after and still nothing. My bank has told me there is NOTHING pending so they are total liars. Don’t ever use this site, luckily I only put money in and withdrew too test the waters. Clever of me as these people are total disgraceful, I don’t even think their a legit site.

Slow withdrawl. I am a long time customer and have been generally happy. Normally they pay out overnight. However, now been told that a withdrawl made on a Friday evening will not be processed until Monday which is poor. Apprently numerous previous withdrawls that have paid out same or next day were anomalies and next working day is the aspiration but not guaranteed now. 3 day payout ? Even the shoddiest dodgiest sites do better. I am giving Jammy Monkey 1 star as zero stars is not an option.

Update, April. Thanks for the cut and paste. Firstly, I am verified on your site and secondly, using visa debit set up on fast pay.
So that is 2 of your excuses gone. This week I made some withdrawals as a test as your reply annoyed me.
The weekday withdrawals were in my bank the same day. Within a few hours.
However, 2 withdrawals from Friday afternoon and one Friday night into Saturday are still pending and it is now Sunday afternoon. So, please stop hiding behind excuses over banking times and just be honest that you are understaffed on Fridays and Weekends.

Deposited money, lost some so tried to withdraw the rest. This was on the same day in early January. Since then I've had to verify in multiple different ways to get my own money back. Everytime I provide additional documents they request something new. I'm quite sure it's a scam. Wi can't even withdraw my own money not actually money I've even won. To make it worse I now don't get answered on the live chat. This is on ongoing complaint and still haven't received my withdrawal.

I would give zero stars if I could. Signed up to get bonus offer which I received, BUT I happened to be doing quite well on winnings, granted it was bonus money, but I had about 88 pounds bonus left to play but it was taken away and I was given 60p cash instead. So I deposited more but this time took the bonus. Ended up winning about £800, tried to Withdraw. It needed me to verify my ID, Address and mobile number. All completely easy things, I supplied all the requested documents. ID and address go through fine. Still awaiting verification on my mobile bill. I'm not sure what's taking so long but it doesn't take this long to compare my mobile number to the bill I've supplied. I'll be leaving this at 1 star's until its sorted. Its been a 4 days, since I supplied all the relevant documents, and you've accepted 2/3s of them so why is it still pending. I'll be taking this up with the your licensing provider
