10/10 customer service
I would 100% recommend ordering from this company, the customer service is 10/10, especially Ben who was so patient with me with the mock-up of the coloured vests, they came out absolutely perfect. Not only this, but he saved us so much hassle and problems with delivering our hi-vis earlier than the expected delivery date, which we all appreciated.
On behalf of my team, we thank you so much Ben, and will be definitely coming back for more products.

Amazing service
Needed new backpack asap as mine was damaged and next event very soon. Contacted number of companies offering the backpack I wanted, however none of them were able to supply on time and their postage costs were high. Contacted Jax on Friday, confirmed they had the bag in stock, and could get to me by Monday, but they were so efficient, it arrived the next day, Saturday. Not bad as I am 300 miles from their premises! Amazing service and very reasonable pricing, thank you

Superb Customer Service
I have been a customer for around 2 years now and they have always been a reliable company with prompt delivery. I had an issue with a product sent to me (completely out of their control), I contacted them and had an immediate response. The product was replaced no quibble and within a day or so. Their customer service is great, it's lovely to have a positive experience.

Refund after 4 weeks of no item
I was told my item was sent 7 days after ordering and would arrive in another 2/3 days, (it was a Christmas gift and I ordered 15 days before Christmas.)
2 and a half weeks later and a few emails sent, I still didn’t receive the item as they didn’t have the size I ordered (even though it had ‘been sent out’). Received a refunded after 4 weeks of purchase, and a ‘sorry it didn’t work out’ response. First and last time using this company.

Great quality, cheap, speedy delivery
I am hopeless at anything to do with uploading and design! But Jax First Aid Supplies helped so much in making my order of High Vi's vests perfect! They were quick to respond to my emails and helped me through the process of image uploads etc. The quality of the vests are really good for the excellent price paid and the printing is top notch! The delivery was quick too and packaged well.

What an absolutely amazing service
What an absolutely amazing service! I ordered 2 hi via vests with a logo on the Monday afternoon and they arrived the next morning! And the vests are fantastic quality and the printing was spot on!
So I cant recommend this company enough!!

The personalisation request added on 4 working days + shipping which was 2nd class, the tracking shows your order was delivered yesterday, which admittedly was 1 working day out of the time frame our website suggested on this occasion - apologies

Miscalculation on my part
Miscalculation on my part, and a last minute job coming in meant I was short of training packs for a first aid course. A quick call and the drama was over.
Top notch service, good advice and the right equipment at a very reasonable price. A lot of other companies could learn how customer service is supposed to be done from Jax.
