Ordered less than a week ago. Delivered today. Don't know about anyone else but great service

Don’t bother ordering. They are awful and don’t have a clue about running a business. Had to chase up my own order a week later to find out they took my money for an item that was actually out of stock. The phone line went to an outdated message and none of the customer service team seem to have a clue what’s going on. The only good thing was I got my money back and got next day delivery on the same item with another company.

Ordered a kidkraft lindale play house in June and it never arrived. We had to reclaim the money back off our credit card. Do not use this company.

I ordered a play kitchen for Xmas then I saw the reviews and became worried so I emailed the company with my concerns. I then received a phone call to assure me my order would be processed later that day. My order arrived the following week.

Great customer service & I’m happy with the product, arrived on time & safely stored for Xmas! 5 stars from me.

Reading the bad reviews I was worried my pony cycle was not going to come, it came customer service was brillant

I ordered the Pony cycle. I don’t normally leave reviews but Same as others, I worried my item wouldn’t arrive after reading the negative.reviews but it came yesterday on time, as promised!

I just wanted to add a review as I recently ordered a poni cycle from this website. It was due to be delivered within 3-5 working days but when it got to day 5 I came online to read reviews. Due to some bad reviews about products not turning up, I started to panic and emailed the company re: my delivery. They emailed me back on the same day and reassured me my delivery was on the way. It came after the weekend (6th working day). As far as I’m concerned I had good customer service from them so please take each case individually.

Ordered a Item and it was never sent - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Despite several emails still nothing. Claimed the money back via a credit card and they had the cheek to claim that it was delivered!

Ordered an expensive play house from these guys before reading the reviews.

Became very worried that it would not be delivered on time and started getting in contact with the company leaving worried voicemails and emails.

Received a call from the team On two occasions to calm our nerves and the product was delivered on time with no hiccups whatsoever

Ordered playhouse on 8th August. Took the money and despite numerous phone calls and emails still no playhouse. Gutted for my daughter. Now reported to a trading standards and pray I get the money back.
Wish I’d known about this company before, some communication would be good

I ordered a ponycycle before I read the reviews, once I saw the reviews I wasn’t expecting it to turn up however I emailed as it was a couple of days delayed they got back to me no problem & couldn’t of been more helpful & they couldn’t apologise anymore than they did. Just like other businesses they are just getting back on there feet at this hard time.

Playhouse has not arrived. Ordered months ago. Not able to contact them until I mentioned Trading standards when I got a reply saying they would refund me. That hasn’t happened so I’ve lost £129.

Unfortunately can’t give one star.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a playhouse as a present for my son, waited the stated time frame for it to be delivered. Nothing.

Then tried to get in touch but as others have said no one answers the phone (you can’t even leave a message) and no help via email either.

I want a refund so have instructed my bank to recoup via the chargeback scheme (which I’m pleased does then go to the merchant so it will cost these thieves down the line!) and will also be contacting trading standards

Seriously awful people doing this on kids products, hope they get what’s coming to them....

I purchased a 14ft trampoline 349.99 on 12th August 2020. I am still awaiting the trampoline and can not speak to anyone using the telephone line which suggests they are moving offices. I finally received an email to say it has been dispatched and would receive a tracking number 4 days ago still no trampoline or contact made. Absolutely disgusting and robbery.

Ordered the pony cycle for my daughters birthday on The 18th of August the item arrived on the 20th. I ordered the item before i read the reviews on here & after i did i was very worried to say the least. I spoke to a man & he assured me that it would be here on the 20th. He mentioned he had a lot of problems with Covid-19 & his business was recovering. All i can say is i had a pleasant experience ordering from this company.

I ordered a trampoline from Just Add Play on the 5th of August. It was purported to be in stock, with next day delivery. I paid £349.99.
It did not arrive the next day.
I called two days later and their lines said that they were moving office, so I called again; same message.
I have emailed several times too; no response.
Two weeks later, their lines say the same message about moving.

I have had had no responses at all to any of my enquiries by any communication channel available to me.

From what I have seen on online reviews it seems this behaviour has been going back to the beginning of the year.

They should have their SSL certificate blacklisted and their banking facilities halted before others are affected.

Do not use- a total scam
We used the affiliated website just add baby. Very similar to other reviews, we paid in full for a car seat which we were told would be delivered in 3-5 working days, this was in February. In June we accepted the offer of a full refund, the phone lines then went off and we have not heard back from them since. We have emailed several times, complete the contact us form and emailed sister companies, with no reply.
We have contacted the seller of the car seat to report this seller, as the person at just add baby was always keen to blame them.
Sadly this website is still active and you can still purchase the car seat that we ordered, but don’t!
Don’t use just add baby, this guy clearly takes your money and doesn’t care about providing the item or contacting the customer!

Appalling service. Pony cycle never arrived. Very poor communication. Would never try to buy from the again. Eventually got a refund through PayPal.
