Justaddplay 

Another very disgruntled customer! Ordered 2 PonyCycles on 2nd July. Only 1 eventually arrived 23rd July from Germany! Constant emails, web page contact & telephone calls with no response. The only email deliverable appears to be hello@ justaddplay (customerservice bounced back). I wrote (recorded del) & was “signed for” by Ruksana on 31st - still no correspondence. I have even contacted the German company to see how many were ordered that end for me & they are looking into this too. They were purchased for my grandchildten & now too late. Alarmingly it appears you can still order off their site. I have screen shot all evidence.

I ordered and paid for a climbing frame on 13th June for immediate delivery. Since then I have managed to speak to them once. They promised it would be with me in 3-5 days. That was 2 weeks ago. They have a permanent and out of date answer phone message so you can't get through. They don't respond to emails. I am starting to wonder if they have gone out of business. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Playhouse arrived damaged, totally ruined probably by the pallet truck that’s pierced the box and splintered all the wood. Judging by the reviews I’ll probably not have a refund, and if I want to return I’ll have to pay for shipping and expensive £400 mistake

I ordered a bouncing castle from just add play 2nd may for my daughters birthday after 2 weeks of waiting I rang them and explained it was for my daughters birthday they said it’s definitely been sent out and I should receive it in a few days another week passed With no delivery so I rang them again they said I will definitely receive in a few days times,, 2 months and 2 weeks later nothing I have reported them to my bank just waiting to see wot the bank say about a refund as every time u ring there phone number it’s saying it’s closed and it’s been saying that now for 3 week,, it’s a joke of a company they know I wanted it for my daughters birthday I even said to them on the phone if u don’t think it will arrive on time I want my money back but no fool me believed them and believed it would come,, trust me don’t order from them cause u won’t receive ur items and that’s a promise

In short, have contacted them by email, telephone and "contact us" over 20 times.
As mentioned in other reviews, I kept getting "Chris" who assured me item had been dispatched and was in the warehouse. I spoke to him four times and was told the same thing everytime.
Almost a month and a half later still no item and their phone lines are temporarily closed apparently due to "office relocation"(but if they were working remotely beforehand you'd think they would just keep phones diverted?).
Thank goodness we paid on credit card so we've contacted our CC company who are investigating.
I've been looking up reviews online the whole time and nothing has popped up on them until the past few days.
I don't think it's a scam, but I do think company has possibly gone under and is just using delay tactics.
Hopefully we'll still get the item delivered but I'm really not hopeful.
I have not reported to Trading Standards yet, as will wait for Credit Card company to complete their investigation first.
My advice - AVOID!

Ordered a climbing frame swing set 27th of May. Website said 2 day delivery. I called and they said it would be 5-7 days. We got rid of our previous slide and swings to make space for this expecting it to arrive in time.

I rang after 6 days if its definitely going to arrive in time as hadn't had dispatch email yet. They said it would take a bit longer because they hadn't heard from supplier yet but would update me ASAP about delivery date.

I rang again after 10 days, still the same story and then after 2 weeks or so i was told they didn't know when it would be available so they would send me a list of other products they have available for immediate delivery. I rang the next day because I hadn't received the list. They said the team was working on it and I would receive it within 48hrs which conveniently took us to Friday. I tried ringing again on Friday, no answer, I rang on Tuesday (forgot to ring on monday) and was promised the list by Friday at the very latest and that they've got new Plum stock that has arrived and that no one else would have any in stock right now.

I didn't get the list again. So I rang them on Friday, said how we've got 4 very disappointed kids, 2 that had had their birthdays waiting for this and we still didn't have anything at all and it was nearly a month after we had ordered. I had previously sent an email asking to get a refund but since then spoken to them and agreed to wait until Friday so their excuse was that this was confusing things and this is why the lost wasn't sent. I said I needed a refund ASAP as they clearly didn't have anything to offer me. Was told to email to request refund and finally got refund on 29th of June through PayPal.

What an awful company ruining kids summer like this especially in the current climate when we hadn't been able to use play parks, this is just completely disgusting.

And the worst thing is that they're still selling the frame we ordered on their website with 5 day delivery time!! They must be scammers, I can't find any other explanation for this. The set we ordered was KidKraft Lindale swing set.

I have informed trading standards.

Brought a climbing frame in may, said 2 day delivery after 2 weeks we chased this up and received a email saying it had been delayed and would be dispatched in 5 days.

2 weeks later we chased up again, have sent multiple emails and had no reply, have completed the online form several times and had no reply, have tried calling every day for weeks and it goes straight to voicemail saying the phone lines are closed whilst they get the staff back in to work after COVID it says phone lines are shut just Thursday and Friday but we have called every day for weeks and had the same message.

Taken our money and months later we have no item or no chance of speaking with anyone to get a refund!!

I done some digging and found out he also runs the other companies listed above!

Trading standards have been informed and I will do everything I can to get this man stopped and brought to justice!!
