I called Klama and explained that my account had been hacked and my bank had put a hold on all transactions. Klama sent my account to a collection agency which will probably affect my credit rating. I am disappointed to say the least.

I have had trouble with a company that I no longer am safe doing business with I reported the company’s fraudulent and I do not want to move further with this company and have tried to stop payment and cancel the services and Klarna is still approving the purchase payment I want to make sure this does not happen again I do not feel safe working with that company I need a manager now
