i ordered a halloween BT21 koya plushie from them some days ago. i thought i’d send them a message on instagram asking for confirmation about the authenticity of the product and seeing as it has been 5 days and it still hasn’t been shipped. i was ignored, and then after six hours i get a reply of “hi, so sorry for the late reply” after dozens of messages of me asking them to answer my question. fast forward another 12 hours and another dozen messages more, i finally get another reply of, “hi it’s (name)” and yet again, they COMPLETELY ignored my question. my suspicions were really bugging me at this point so i went to review my order to cancel my purchase. these things should be easy as the product hadn’t even been shipped yet. however, there is no option to cancel purchases. i looked everywhere, not one option. i then thought to look on reviews other than their instagram and website because i stupidly thought that was enough and i found so many people saying they had been robbed, ripped off and tricked. so, i think i’m going to have to call the bank to give me my money back. oh, and i’m sure the products are fake if they even exist.

I ORDERED AN ITEM FROM THIS SITE ON JUNE 11TH AND IT IS NOW OCTOBER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!! WAS TOLD THAT I COULD HAVE A REFUND AT THE END OF AUGUST, AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT IT, THEY SAID IT STILL NEEDED TIME TO SHIP. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCT TO ARRIVE SOMETIME WITHIN THE NEXT YEAR!!

Order armybox emailed company about Not being notified about it being shipped; was told there will be a delay due to a lot of orders.Nearly a month later and still nothing. Absolutely disgusting. I will be getting a refund

My daughter ordered the BTS Army box 25/7 and nothing received, chased 21st Aug and was told it was in the next batch to be shipped, never received, chased again but now not even receiving a response. Luckily paid by Credit Card so have started a claim through that and should get a refund - Don't waste your money!

Grandchild ordered 4 months and no product. They said 2 months ago it had shipped. Contacted them today and they were respinding and said the order was cancelled. I asked how could that be since it had been shipped? Asked for a refunder and no reply.

I ordered a BTS Army box on July 24th and it still hasn’t shipped. It’s now September 19th and they keep saying there are too many orders of this product and that it needs time to ship. It told me that same thing a month ago. And now they kept saying it will ship next batch and they’ve told me that three times. Quite a few people have gotten their stuff after months and they say it’s good quality. Good quality stuff but horrible shipping and costumer service.

i ordered two things and neither of them came i waited for 3 MONTHS!!!!! they apologized and said it would ship in July but I never received it!! I ordered it in June and it is now September and i had asked for a full refund which they agreed to do but again I NEVER GOT MY REFUND!!! AND they are not responding when i asked where my refund is! SO UNACCEPTABLE

Ordered some BTS merchandise for my daughter June 25th. They posted a charge to my credit card immediately, but never shipped. They provided a link to a "shipment confirmation" page which states "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.". It's been like that for months.

SCAMMERS, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

I ORDERED TWO SHIRTS ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT NEVER SENT ANYTHING ELSE APART FROM THE RECEIPT OF ME BUYING THE SHIRT I HAVE MAILED THEM AND NO RESPONSE

My Daughter ordered merchandise from this online store, money was taken from her account but the goods were never delivered. Now when we try to access the site, the webpage will not load properly, the PC freezes and any attempt to login to her account, results in the page reloading or freezing. This appears to be a Korean based site and I have grave doubts as to whether it is legitimate.

31/08/2018 - company eventually responded in mid July to say goods would be shipped the same month. It is now the end of August and still nothing has been received, nor have we had a notification of shipping. This is an appalling company who are selling merchandise aimed at teenagers. They are taking money and shipping nothing or taking months to send out absolute rubbish. AVOID!
