My daughter is a big BTS fan and ordered the VIP limited edition army box. Said it would be shipped in 2-4 days, but no email to confirm. We contacted them to ask when it would be shipped and was told we would be sent the tracking number in the next couple of days. A few more days went by and my daughter then received an email to say the order had been cancelled. No explanation! She was then emailed to say she would be refunded, but nothing has been received. When we emailed them to chase the refund they came back with a very dodgy excuse saying they had to change banks and it would take longer to process the refund. That was over a week ago and still nothing heard or received. My daughter is so upset - this was her first online shopping experience using her own money. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE!!!!!

It looks good at first because cheap and all but the customer service sucks. I order more than 5 items(it was buy one,get oneso ehy not) I wanted to give some to my friend as a birthday gift then her birthday came and I could give her the gift she wanted. I ordered this at JUNE her birthday was in august. I even waited until SEPTEMBER to get a refund. Now they keep telling be that it will take some time to arranged their orders. NONSENSE!!! There is less than 30 days until 2019, I ordered this in JUNE, ask for a refund in SEPTEMBER and I didn't recieved anything but a pile of NON-EXISTENTING promises that they can't keep. I am writing this review and to warn you all to be smarter than me and to not go blind by the deals and prices they offer. It might look good but is it worth it..

I ordered Bts army boxes november 22 and i have emailed them a few times because my order was not shipped out and i ordered early so it can get here before christmas, but there excuse every time is "soon it will ship out we are delayed with shipping because of the high demands" that was their answer every time and the days kept passing and still no shipped order. Today, December 10, out of no where, I received a message saying it has been refunded and I didn't even ask for the order to be canceled. What kind of customer service is this? That was my first and LAST time I order from them. PEOPLE, DO NOT ORDER FROM KPOPTIFY.

I ordered the October 17 and right now its December 10th... Thats almost 2 months and i just got my email about how it was now REFUNDED?! liKe cmon m8, I ordered a thing from cokodive the 23rd Nov and the stuff came the 8th of December

I brought my Bts album on kpoptify and I have been waiting for 3 months, I have sent a message to them asking where my bts album is but its always the same response "due to high demandS it will take a little longer than usual" I wish I read the reviews as I have spent $60 for nothing

BTS is so hard to buy things for and I did my checks back in September but nothing suspicious came up. It's there now, yay, but I bet that they will just shut down and create a new site to scam people. Maybe if BTS was available in local stores we wouldn't be in this situation. Their email address is kpoptify (at) gmail.com, a throwaway email. $80 down the toilet and now I'll have to buy a different Christmas present for my wife.

I can't believe I ordered my box and I got to same email over again and again and the say wait it will be shipped soon all this garbage they said it would arrive soon just wait it's been two weeks and nothing has come it still says unfulfilled on the account

Order two BTS things. Both costing over £40. I bought one in June and one in September. The one I bought in June had a shipping update in July. It's now the beginning of December. I have asked for a refund on multiple occasions and I will be going to my bank. Never order from here.

I have ordered a BTS package for my daughter and never received a shipping date. They keep telling me to wait and that I would have the information soon.

okay so my grandma ordered me a seventeen carat bong back in july and they sent an email saying the order was confirmed then weeks later an email was sent saying the package was sent, but now it’s almost the end of november and nothing else has been said. i messaged the website my code and everything yet they said the same thing they’ve been saying to everyone else “just be patient it’s on it’s way” there’s no way it takes MONTHS for one thing to arrive. if shipping takes months then they should put a warning about the situation ON THE WEBSITE instead of scamming people’s sending stuff almost a year later. it really sucks the amount of people who hoped for these things to only be robbed in the end. im most definitely NEVER recommending this website to anyone unless they give proper refunds back to people or actually deliver the products that were purchased.

Never ever buy anything from this company I have never received any goods from them in the 7 months I waited to be told if I want my money back I would have to go though my bank to get it and that will take time as well stay away from this site .buy at your peril

I ordered my package before 5 month ago!! Still never got my package nor my refund. I have been asking about my refund for the past 2 months but all they say was to wait a little longer. How long are they expecting me to wait a year? I am really so disappointed by this store and I recommend TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Still gonna try to get my refund, never giving up on my money.

They don't give u a despatched date they say we will despatch Ur order soon *LIES* Now I regret ordering stuff from this site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! COMPLETE SCAM! Ordered an item. After 2 months I finally asked for a refund and they gave me a hard time with that. They finally said they refunded my account and never got anything back. Still been trying to get a hold of them about the refund but can't get any answers back.

They are a scam site - I ordered some merch for 80€, everything seemed fine at first, even got a tracking number. After one month (which is an ok time for a free shipping item from asia) only one of the four items arrived (the cheapest one) and I contacted customer support about that, but of course they said that my order has been delivered according to the tracking info. Of course I can't get my money back via paypal after over a month. That's their whole business strategy it seems.

What I learned: Instagram ads have a pretty high chance to be scams.

I have had the WORST experience with this company. The first order I bought two bt21 plushies, two army boxes since they were buy one get one free. The second army box did not arrive so I contacted them and they said to wait. I did wait and I got nothing, so they refunded me, that was that. I had already ordered another thing on June 18th 2018, after many weeks of eagerly waiting, I sent multiple emails asking when it was going to be shipped out, they said to wait till the end of the month because ‘they wait until they have enough orders to ship a load out’. It was FINALLY shipped out on 26th of July, 2018. After OVER 60 days of waiting and trying to contact them, all I got was ‘there was a delay, please wait a little longer’ so I waited. Absolutely nothing! I asked for a refund and they said it would go in soon, so again I waited, nothing. I asked when it would be in, ‘Within a month’. A MONTH? I want my money now! I had an actual bts concert coming up and I needed the money! A month wasn’t good enough. Though, I waited that month. Can you guess what? Nothing! I emailed them a few times, asking them for a confirmed date and all I got was ‘we will try our best’. It’s currently the first of November 2018 and I’m still waiting for a refund. They have until tonight until I will be contacting the fraud team at the bank so I get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! VERY FEW RECIEVE THEIR FULL ORDER AND EVEN LESS RECIEVE REFUNDS!

This website is a fake, they steal your money and never give you your orders, I ordered 3 items from there and I went to see when it would come but it didn’t say anything in the message they sent me so I got suspicious, it’s my first time online shopping with my parents so I told my mom and we found out they canceled our order and never refunded us, so we told the bank and we got most of our money back but, we also put tracking and paid extra so they would know the exact place, cuz it was my birthday present, they didn’t give us our (approximately) 21$ back. Do not buy from them, they steal your money

Ordered - did not receive...needs more time, etc etc...(more excuses)
Waited.
Ask for a refund. - They will process; but until now there are no respond.

These scammers should stop!

I ordered an Army box LY Tear in June. I asked them many times if they already sent it to me and they replied saying: It needs time to be delivered while we receive too many orders. After another two weeks they wrote me that they sent it. I waited for 3 months in total but nothing arrived. I asked for the full refund from them and they said yes and apologised for everything. Its a month from then and no money has been returned. Reading all the reviews now makes me think, why havent I looked for the reviews earlier?
