I was their worst nightmare as a customer ....gave incorrect address, was not problem amended the next day....emailed asking when it would be arriving, again an instant response with i formation aiming to have delivered within 1 week...2 days later delivered exactly within time allocated... driver called 30 mins before arrival ...driver was friendly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The service I recieved was fantastic I have absolutely no complaints the laminate seems great quality (not had a chance to fit it yet) I will definitely use this company again ...I may even use them for my artificial grass too in the summer thanks to all involved with my order your service was faultless

The Samples put us off
I have asked for samples from various places over the last few weeks, but the samples from this place were the worse ever. I had requested samples but it took so long for them to come that I had ordered from another online retailer.
The samples were paper boards and not sturdy and they were so badly damaged when I got them thst I would not recommend this place.
My experience was bad but someone else may get better samples and get better quality
