I thought I wouldn't be able to find the right outfit for my quirky taste but after browsing for a bit and speaking to the support team (who recommended some great items) I think I'm onto a great set!

Initially, I was unsure of the delivery time due to the current situation, however, the support team made everything clear and it all arrived within the timeframe they said it would which was great to see.

My interaction with the support staff has been lovely so far. I had some questions on the status of my order initially and they were able to quickly get back to me with an answer and were very patient with me too.

I ordered my clothes almost two months ago, and I haven’t received them. I emailed Lianox twice but they haven’t written back. The page where I’m supposed to see where my parcel is going, isn’t working..

The aesthetics of everything especially the floral print collection matches my style so well! It's tough when you have a very specific style in your head you're trying to match but it works so well

I purchased the basic cat grey pullover jumper. It is really soft and true to size (I am an M/Size 10-12). It is a polyester cotton blend (35% poly, 65% cotton). I really enjoy the item and will be purchasing again, as the stitching and workmanship of the product is equal to the price I paid for the jumper.

I post my feedback again because Lianox ask Trustpilot to delete it.
Received my order directly from China. The package was in a bad condition as well as the packaging of the garment. The garment was poor quality, many threads everywhere and not oversize at all like the photograph on their website.
And you can find some items they have on their website on Aliexpress at a lower price (sold by other chinese sellers).

Don't bother to reply to me Lianox.

I love how cute the alpaca tee is. Always wanted an alpaca so putting it on a cute shirt is good enough for now :)

The turtlenecks are soooo comfy! I accidentally fell asleep with it on and didn't even notice I had an extra layer on hehe

I ordered a knit sheep cardigan a while ago and it arrived pretty fast all things considered. It looks just like the photos and is really comfortable!!

I was blocked on Instagram after commenting how disappointed I was in the smell of the clothes. The plastic-like smell was just overwhelming.
While they were helpful with other questions, this is not how you treat a customer

Shipping took over a month and when i recieved the package the first thing i saw when i opened it were many loose thread ends. i ordered a oversized grey cropped sweater which wasn’t oversized at all. since it was one size and i am quite petite i just thought it will fit oversized. disappointing. nonetheless the top is still wearable but if i had seen it in a shop idnt have bought it.

I ordered just a shirt I november and I still haven’t got it. Today I got an email to review the clothing I just got. Hahaha what a scam. Been emailing loads of times and they keep saying its on its way. The package haven’t even reached Sweden and has now disappeared at the Chinese shipping web site. Well done guys! First time I got scammed!

My girlfriend loved the cozy cute jumper I got her from here, no my words, hers. Came quite fast too!

I was sceptical at first because me and my girlfriend have ordered online before and one of our main struggles was finding shirts that would actually fit her. Usually the ones that arrive are either too small or too big. And the color is usually different than on the actual picture.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Customer support was very responsive and even gave me a discount. I ordered zip jacker (M size) and my girlfriend loved it. It was her birthday gift! :)

My girlfriend says she's definitely gonna visit Lianox's online shop again. :))

I bought an item from this website on a whim, unsure whether or not it would actually be as good as the photos. It arrived after about 35-40 days. However, I put that down to a mixture of COVID, Brexit AND it being the Christmas season. The product arrived just as it looked in the photo, and I’m really pleased with it

Flimsy quality products, spam emails and censoring of negative reviews on Trustpilot!

I ordered a t-shirt which turned out to very flimsy. It looked more like cotton on the photos, and the materials indicated were cotton & polyester, but it seems mostly polyester.

Also wrote to them when I was notified the products will be shipped from China, when their website falsely leads customers to believe they are shipped from Germany - They responded with "have you read our FAQ" and other automated emails.

I also keep getting discount emails from them, which I did not sign up for (which is a violation of GDPR), as well as an email asking me to leave reviews for items I didn't buy from them.

I had submitted a review earlier, which they flagged as "ungrounded" to Trustpilot, and I had to provide evidence that I had a transaction with them.

It would be much better if they spent less time digging through negative comments and reporting them, and actually respond to emails.

Edit: I wrote this review about ten days ago, and each time Lianox "flagged" them and reported my account. Cheers to you for putting so much effort into censoring negative comments!
