The product arrived and sadly was a cheap, knockoff version of the item in the pictures - what you get is a more flammable "ish"-version of the product you ordererd. Would not buy from there again, and it was not worth the wait.

I received emails and details right away after posting! I received my package today. I ordered two sweaters for Christmas at the end of November. They still have not arrived and it is after Christmas. The tracking just stops on 12/19. I reached out to the company I hope they make this right

Low quality knockoffs, like most other Asian fast fashion sites. I ordered the fruit pattern cardigan, which came in a different color than the picture/description, striped pink and green, and barely hit at the hip when it's supposed to be oversized (I'm 5'1", it's very easy for things to be oversized for me). The material is stiff and cheap as well. On top of that, I suspect they reject or delete any reviews lower than 3 stars -- I've tried submitting a review twice, and neither has shown up on the product page.

Lovely clothes! My first package got lost in the post but the customer service team were dedicated to help me track down my order and resolve the issue :)

Ordered a cardigan around two weeks ago. It arrived and it’s exactly like the photos! When I made the order I accidentally selected the wrong color and the Lianox team was super helpful and changed the color straight away! There was even stickers in the package as a free gift. Overall would 100% recommend purchasing from Lianox!

I am so unhappy I was expecting to purchase a lot of items from them in the future. I ordered a hoodie and waited three months only to be told that apparently the item had already been returned. I emailed them letting them know I didn’t receive the package and they said they’ll send out another one. Three months later I emailed to ask if they had sent one out yet apparently they had and they had received the package returned again but I didn’t even receive it. The address was 100% correct and I was never even informed the package was sent out the second time. I’m always home because I receive packages everyday. They said they’ll send it out again. Eight months later now I emailed them saying that I want a refund because I still haven’t received the product to which they reply they can’t send the package out again or issue a refund because they’ve already sent it out twice of which both times I never got or even had a notification from the post office trying to deliver. What a waste of time and money. It’s over the six month mark to get a refund From PayPal too - basically they screwed me over.

I ordered a hoodie a while ago and first of all, the shipping took forever. When I finally received it I realized that it was made out of very bad synthetic material and it smelled of chemicals so I'm pretty sure I won't be buying from them again. It was not worth it at all and the item was way too expensive to be of such poor quality.
