I spoke with two support technicians and am extremely satisfied with the help. My first contact was with the wrong department and Luke patiently discussed my issue with me and forwarded that info to the correct department and connected me. Stan then took over and, again, patiently and politely helped me resolve the issue. Thanks for the great service!

I've literally never written a negative review in my life until now.
I don't know if I got unlucky. But genuinely a horrible experience. Tried logging in and got stuck in an infinite redirect loop on the front-end.
When I tried cancelling I had to literally open up a support ticket, give a written reason, go back and forth with an agent for 10 minutes, then reply to an email that I further confirm the cancellation.
Realllllly bad. Wouldn't recommend. Use Hetzner instead, they're great.

I had been with Liquid Web since 2018, and for the first few years, I was genuinely impressed with their service. Everything ran smoothly, and I felt like I was getting good value for what I was paying. Unfortunately, over time, their prices began to increase, but the level of service I was receiving didn't seem to keep up with those rising costs.
The tipping point came just before the end of February, when I received an email informing me of a 12% price hike set to take effect in March. Instead of providing a reasonable explanation or offering any solutions, their approach was simply to try to lock me into a 12-month contract. To me, that felt like more of a tactic to retain customers without addressing the underlying issues.
It was at that point I decided it was time to move on. The combination of unexpected price hikes, declining service quality, and an attempt to lock me into a contract was the final straw, and I made the decision to leave the company.
Customer service at this company sucks. You’ll get someone that I guarantee you does not speak English at all. They won’t be able to help you with shit, and you will just be transferred around. If you need high-level support at night, they are nonexistent. Trust me, spend your money elsewhere. Been in the business 24 years, been with Nexcess about three and I’m feverishly looking for another replacement.
I was with beyond hosting before they got aqcuired by liquid web. So technically 15 years hosting here. I must say we've had ups and downs. and everytime i feel like living them, they show me why i stayed. Real humans, real folks hosting my business. This is a unique experience you cant find everywhere. Even today, we've my DMCA notice, they gave me enough time to handle it showing that they trust me to do well. This is not everywhere. Some other companies will just suspended and delete your content to save their ass. Anyway, if you need a great host, go with them, but dont do stupid shit. Keep it clean weather its maintsream or adult. 10/10.
I did not understand that the domain release was automatic
NEXCESS is wonderful and I COMPLETELY trust them.
Nexcess just suspended my account out of nowhere, conveniently right after charging me for this month’s billing. No warning, no explanation—just an email saying I violated their Acceptable Use Policy, without telling me what I supposedly did wrong. How is that acceptable?
I reached out to their support, and it was a complete disaster. The live chat agent ended the session without doing anything. I called, hoping to get some answers, but the person on the other end had no clue about my case. To make things worse, they keep asking for a PIN, but how am I supposed to provide it when I’m locked out of my account?
My entire business depends on this, and they’re treating it like it’s nothing. No accountability, no transparency—just silence after taking my money. This is beyond disappointing. It’s unacceptable. If you value your business, stay as far away from Nexcess as possible.

There are a few issues for me setting up the DNS though as it comes up with errors.
