Lyca mobile
I changed my bank account and Lyca did not automatic change the account number.
At the time I was in holiday, and by the time that I got back my number was blocked.
Lyca has a way to make the payments, but you need your phone number.
So I had not way of paying or to reach them to get some customer service.
So because Lyca does not have a normal way to pay I’m now couch up in a case over a cheap lycra mobile number.
I’m not sure how to reach them or how to pay the bills, but I’m sure that I will never get their service again as long as I live.

In years they improve they service. If I have to compare the quality 4 years ago and now- it's 180°
I had issue with my sim card, I need to swap it and all operators was friendly and with willing to help me.
The most amazing was Nicole
She was a frendly and after my explanation that we have a bit different english she start to adopt to my English...
In the end we swap my sim without the frustration and we finish our conversation on positive wibe

They don't respect the law.
They keep sending you spam emails, without option to unsubscribe.
Even 6 months after I already sent them several emails to stop bothering me with spam emails, they are still sending me spam emails.
Amateuristic and irresponsible.
Edit: They are apparently more quick to respond when called out publicly for their illegal behavior than they are to respond on email messages. Horrible mentality. If I receive ONE more spam email, I will take legal action, because they are obligated by EU law to have a functioning 'unsubscribe' button in every email, which they do NOT have!!!
Edit 2: As still nothing has changed, I have started the legal procedure against Lyca Mobile NL.

Once you leave they keep spamming you with automatic emails that you owe them "0" eur. Good luck asking them to stop as there's no way of reaching their support

I’ve been a Lyca Mobile customer, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
My eSIM has not been working for incoming or outgoing calls for the past 10 days. Only SMS and mobile data work, which makes the service unreliable and unusable for normal communication.
I have contacted Lyca customer care multiple times. Every time, I’m told the same thing: “Please wait 24 hours.” I’ve been hearing this for 10 days, with no resolution, no clear explanation, and no follow-up.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of ownership from customer support. There is no real troubleshooting, no escalation, just repeated delays.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will switch to another provider.

It’s unbelievable that this company wants to be seen as serious while scamming people over ridiculous amounts of money. I received an email confirming that my request to cancel the order and refund the money had been accepted, with a refund promised within 5 business days. Then, after 3 weeks, they charged my card again. When I contacted them, they said they had reviewed my request again and decided to reject it without informing me. When I demanded the cancellation of any future charges to my card, since I do not use their services, they started asking random questions and rejecting my requests, claiming that their database details do not match. The bank has been informed about this fraud, and any further payments will be blocked.

My service was randomly disconnected in August 2025. I could not make calls or texts and was only able to reach out to customer service via email. This went unanswered. I then had to call off of a restaurant phone to get in contact with customer service about a month later who told me everything looked fine on their end and I needed to get a new sim, wait 3 days and then call them back. Mind you, my phone can’t make calls so this was wildly unhelpful.
I started using esims (not lyca) but was still paying bills for a service that was not being provided until December 2025. I emailed to have my service disconnected…this is the only email I have received a response to and this was automated. Lyca have since billed me for the remaining months of the contract even though this contract states (it): enables you to make and receive voice calls, to send and receive SMS, data, and access the Internet, all by means of the Network.
I wouldn’t have to break the contract if the service had been provided mind you. I have since sent emails with absolutely no reply on the 15/12/25, 20/12/25 and 06/01/2026. I also called customer service off a restaurant phone AGAIN on 29/12/2025 and customer service could not locate this bill since my account had been closed. They have since sent this bill to a debt collector. In discussion with said debt collector it is evident that they are receiving updated information from a lyca representative which I think is interesting since I have tried to contact them in MULTIPLE occasions with absolutely no response or help?? Incredibly frustrated with this whole situation and would rate the company lower if I could.

Absolute scam company. I purchased a one-time top-up for my nephew and niece, only to find out later that Lyca had been fraudulently draining money from my credit card month after month without any authorization. Since the SIM cards were thrown away long ago, there was no way to cancel this shady subscription.
I called their customer service at least 10 times and sent countless emails back and forth, only to receive the same useless robotic response every single time: 'We need the SIM card number.' How am I supposed to provide that when the SIM cards no longer exist?! They simply refuse to help.
On top of that, their so-called customer service is extremely unfriendly and the staff barely speaks any Dutch. Good luck trying to get any real help from them.
In the end, I was forced to call my credit card company's emergency line to have Lyca permanently blacklisted. Stay far away from this company!

Giving this telco company 1 out of 5 stars is still too generous — it should be 1 out of 100. Be careful with this company; they make it very difficult to cancel your plan. Their customer service is really horrible. I’ve sent multiple emails and never received a response

My number stopped working after sim swap on the website. My old sim had damaged. It has been 2 weeks no response from customer service. I had called them , emailed them but in vain. Worst service provider. I also emailed the trustpilot email but no response.
