Without informing about the payment, lycamobile deducted from my account which I raised a claim from my bank because I wanted to get confirmed before any payment could be done. The next day, lycamobile suspended my account. I can't make calls or text any. I called the representatives. They wanted me to make a payment which I did immediately. The representative said he is giving me a reference number and my account will be released within 48 hours. It's been 72 hours. None of them are picking the calls or doing what I've asked them for instead forwarding the calls and no one answers. The call gets cut after an hour of waiting. I have immediately emailed but no response too.
Whom should I address this issue. Please think 1000 times before switching with lycamobile.

Very frustrating to be a customer. My sim was damaged and I used website to do swap my number to new sim. And I no longer can do calls and customer service says my number doesn't exist. I have the number for 7 years. Quite terrible. CS says the sim swap was disabled on the website but I still could use the option. And only admin can fix the issue. There's no way to escalate or get a resolution. I am in the process of serving a legal notice to them. with such bad service, I don't recommend them

I went to the supermarket to buy call credit 15€ and as soon as i called 1244 and put in the pin THEY SNATCHED MY CALL CREDIT !!!! and i was left with 5€ i didn’t order anything i made ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT MOBILE DATA WAS TURNED OFF BUT YET THEY STOLE MY MONEY DO NOT SEND MONEY TOLYCA BECAUSE IT WILL INSTANTLY BE STOLEN BY THEM !!!!
Did you know that automatic renewal by default is not allowed 🚫 in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and that you are breaking the law by doing so.
I have already filed a complaint at the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets and i hope more will follow so that they will take actions and give Lycamobile a 100.000 € fine.
Oh and by the way i don’t believe you that you don’t want this i believe you are doing these things intentionally and your systems are set up for this. Also the non stop spam you send pushing for contracts and payment info is against the law. I know you want me to sign ✍️ so you can collect monthly but look and read trustpilot and what the people write. Besides i would never 👎🏽 sigh a contract with you because YOU SIGNAL SUCKS IT IS CONSTANTLY LAGGING AND FREEZING 🥶 UP TO THE POINT OF BEING COMPLETELY UNUSABLE

I would like to cancel my subscription but noone returns my e-mails. I moved from the Netherlands and I no longer have NL bank accounts so I cannot pay the bills monthly through direct booking. I am trying to tell this to cancel my subscription but I keep getting payment reminders but no solution to this problem. I want to cancel the subscription and pay the bills all at once, so I don't have to think that there is a growing debt in a country where I don't even live anymore.

Worst service ever. They didn't fix my issue for 15 days. The costumer service is slow. Please if you see this just go for a different company. One of the representatives was super rude. Genuinely the worst experience ever.
I posted ths review and they Lyca replied to it and asked me to share the issue with them on the email they provided. I sent them an email explaining everything and they still haven't done anything about it. This is the service I am dealing with.

It was just great 'cause as a first one: I called so quickly to them. It was a really kind nice man (I think, 'cause of voice) we could to speak in English freely. I only told about my issue and he immediately gave a solution. Very fast, clarity and really so much better than I even expect. Amazing, and I wish more workers like that one in that kind of companies.

I purchased a SIM card from Lycamobile last Saturday, and since the very first day, I’ve been facing major issues with the number. I am bombarded with calls from people claiming I called them, which is absolutely not true. This happens so often that I can’t even use my phone properly. It’s clear that my number was already in use by someone else before I purchased it.
When I reached out to Lycamobile customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I should block the numbers of the callers. However, this is an impossible solution for me, as I receive nearly a hundred different calls per day. Blocking each of these numbers manually is simply not feasible, and it’s completely unreasonable to expect me to do so.
I expected the provider to offer a more practical solution, such as providing a new number or securing my account from these kinds of issues. It feels like my number was either hacked or wrongly assigned, and it’s incredibly frustrating that Lycamobile is not taking responsibility or offering any real assistance.
This is not the kind of service you expect when buying a new SIM card, and I am deeply disappointed with both their lack of action and poor customer support. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Lycamobile.
Update: Although Lycamobile responded to my review within a few hours, I have not received any follow-up from them in the weeks since. This clearly reflects their poor customer service. I ultimately had to recover my money myself for the SIM card.
Recommendation: I do not advise anyone to purchase a Lycamobile SIM. Consider Lebara instead.

I had a Lyca number for 2+ years until someone stole my personal information and transferred my Lyca Cell Phone Number to another carrier. They used MY LYCA NUMBER via Zelle Transfer to HACK my bank account and steal my savings. The bank said this is a very sophisticated fraud scheme. No support from Lyca Customer Support... I asked HOW my number was transferred without my permission... the customer service rep hung up on me! VERY SHADY... no answers from LYCA... buyer beware!!!
