I've ordered several t-shirts from M00nshot before and have always been satisfied with their products. Only one time my recent order was not up to standards. I contacted their customer service and a replacement was sent out promptly at no cost , plus they gave me a discount on a future order. Very prompt friendly and effective service, great unique products at reasonable prices. Give them a chance to win your business!

UPDATE! M00nshot finally responded. They refunded my money and sent two shirts at no charge as a replacement. While the shirts did not arrive in time for Christmas they did make it right. I have to give them a thank you for correcting this.

My original review was: I believe this company to be a scam. I ordered a "luxury" mens tee shirt and received a tee shirt that was a completely different shirt. The shirt came crumpled up in a USPS bag with nothing else. No packing . No invoice. Their customer service is non responsive.

Excellent customer service. Anthony from the support team was incredibly responsive (quick to respond and provide helpful answers.) He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right sizes for my nephew’s gift and made sure everything arrived on time. Extremely responsive and helpful - probably the best customer service experience I’ve had and even provided a discount code. Thank you so much! Love the products as well - got a tshirt and sweatpants.

Absolutely love this company!! T shirts and prints are ultra high quality!! They have some of the coolest, most unique designs anywhere! Customer service is as good as you’ll find anywhere….I had a special request once and they went above and beyond anything I could have expected! Truly a five star company that values their customers!!

I had an issue with an order not fitting well, which doesn't always work out with a lot of companies. M00nshot went above and beyond to rectify the problem and sent me replacements. Love their product and now I also love their customer service. There is no reason not to do business with m00nshot!

Ordered for the first time about two months ago, and had a small problem with the order. When I contacted them about it the response was fast and friendly. I think they went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and the new shirt they sent was perfect.

I ordered a T-shirt. It was delivered on time. The t-shirt was excellent quality, however, I received the wrong size. I contacted customer service by email. I got a timely response and they shipped me the right size. Excellent service, excellent product.

Outstanding experience and great shirt! Super happy with my first time purchase of a shirt from my old hometown. The shirt arrived in a timely manner with confirmations automatically sent each step of the way and the shirt was super great quality. So pleased that I have ordered a 2nd different design shirt. Moonshot provided great customer service for me, I accidently ordered a shirt at the wrong size they promptly sent me a new correct size shirt and allowed me to keep the wrong one! This was great service.
