DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY USE SUB CONTRACTORS who are so dodgy. They ended up being 5 hours late. I couldn't contact Movee to complain, and yet prior to the day, Movee wouldn't stop calling me to pay a $50 deposit and removalist insurance of $198. The subcontractors Movee used were so dodgy! One of them was very argumentative, they took their time loading their truck, and refused to take everything saying it wouldn't fit, which was a load of crap! They then undercut the rate by closing off the job early and charging me for an additional two hours to their own company!! Then they insisted on booking me in two days later with them directly. Naturally I thought these sub contractors were so dodgy, that I cancelled the job when they finally left. 0/10!!! for both Movee and the crappy sub contractors they use!!!

After paying a deposit to ensure my time slot and date for moving is confirmed and booked for 8-10am, at 9am on the day, I was still waiting. I then received a call from a guy from Movee to say they will now only come at 2pm, I said that I have taken the morning off from work and need to move that morning, he started shouting at me and then hung up the phone. I phoned back and he pretended that it wasn't him, then pretended that he couldn't hear me and then hung up the phone again. I phoned back again and then he pretended that he was someone else. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Then the movers told me to pay with the card machine they had with them, right afterwards a lady phoned and said I must pay now, I told her I paid with the movers, she then shouted that who told me to do that and now I will have to pay twice. I never had any communication about payments and was told card payments are available on the day. It was the worst experience I've ever had. A lady then phoned me the next day to ask about my experience, I started telling her about my experience and she hanged up the phone too.

Communication is important as customers can understand what is going on and what to do, moving is already a stressful situation, make it a pleasant experience and always under promise and over deliver instead of making promises you cannot keep.

I had to move my 2 industrial sewing machines which is worth more than $20000 and few more items to my new place, because i didn't wanted to spend fortune to move, i gave myself for a whole week to move small items in my trailer. So there were only few items that i can't lift up myself to move. My appointment was at 9 am , following bond cleaners booked at 1.30 pm. They showed up at 11am and dragged all of my items and damaged them, i was there to watch them to lift my sewing machines straight up to the truck so they only brought them in a good condition but the rest was badly damaged especially 2 of back of my drawers got ripped off completely. They left few boxes i have packed in my old flat, had to go back to collect them myself.
Worst part was when they sent me an invoice, they double charged for 2 hours and 20 minutes work says because they travel for an hour so there is an extra $200. I refused to pay another $200 for their trip to come to work. Wtf seriously! So i have paid cash $450 so it was already $500 for 2 hours job because i had to pay for booking deposits which was $50 earlier.
You know what happened next? They used my card details they held after i paid deposit, then took another $400 out of my bank. I went to the police and the bank straight up and dispute the transaction.
They wanted $900 for 2 hours and 20 min job that damaged and left behind items.

Total nightmare! And definitely should be suspended as they are a scam!!!!

They will book your job and subcontract small business like me and simply do not pay us. I worked hard for them and ever got paid. Terrible human, I hope they will pay somehow what they do with their workers.

Please don’t book with this company, they are liars and not professional. They wast time to charge you more, they give you a price and then they charge more after they deliver your stuff, I don’t think they pay their worker either.

I am not sure how they get their permits. They should be suspended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They backed their truck into my property causing thousands of dollars in damage, and have refused to pay for it for the last five months, despite all the insurance and legal requirements being covered. They then ILLEGALLY withheld weeks of pay from the employed driver and tried to force him to pay out of his own pocket, which he didn't, and the company still haven't paid for the damage. They are completely unprofessional, dodgy and borderline criminal. Avoid Movee all costs and go with a credible trusted company.

Do not trust this company told we booked the services to move a 4x2 bedroom house got quoted 170 an hour for the truck and 2 blokes only to recieve a call at 430pm the day before saying I will need a bigger truck which I was ropeable as this company should know what is needed they are just trying to squeeze more money come in cheap until the time is right to brought you don't use cause cheaper isn't cheaper anyway pay more and get trusted known name now the proceeding for the monies back for deposit I hope they don't as consumer protection needs to investigate these rats.

Do not ever think of using this horrible company. We booked the service at 8.00am because of the limited hours we can use the lift for our apartment. I explained this when I made a booking and got booking confirmation. The guys rang me at 6.15am and asked if they can start moving. I said we can’t use our lift until the booking time so asked them to come back at the right booking time. They never showed up since then, ignoring all my phone calls until 10.30am, then saying they are doing another moving service so can’t make it. I called the office and asked for cancellation and refund of my deposit of $100, but they didn’t give me a refund. I just paid $100 for nothing and had to organize another company. Terrible.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I booked for an 8am start. They contacted me at 8.15am explaining that they would be there at 10.30am. They arrived at 11.15am. Then he proceeded to blame dropping off his children. The "helper" hadn't showered for days and stunk to high heaven and neither showed any urgency or spacial awareness. My washing machine also gained a broken fitting. I do not understand how they could make any money. They should have been paying me as I did more lifting than them.

I am truly disgusted with both the service and communication of this company. Hopefully other people can learn from our experience. We had moved previously this year, with a different company (who unfortunately were busy this time), same size truck, two men, same amount of furniture. They were able to transport the majority of our belongings in one take. Movee, who charged double the price, took barely half our belongings and when unpacking, placed most items in the wrong place. When asked to move some boxes, we were told to, they were unable to because they were too heavy. Wrong payment details were supplied and we have been sent a threatening text that they will send some men out if not paid straight away. I honestly do not know how they are still in business.

I fortunately ended up cancelling this move with movee after having a conversation with a very PUSHY man wanting me to pay an excessive amount of insurance because of human error things might get damaged in the move. Why am I paying for someone else being wreckless? It made it sound like they are not careful. I also noticed all these other costs sneaking in and got a bad feeling about the whole thing.
When I rang to cancel, I experienced the RUDEST customer service I have ever had, and had to ring back to ensure they actually cancelled it, getting another awful person in customer service.

Anyone considering using Movee should be aware
We arranged a move of goods between 2 properties 5 minutes apart which we explained when we arranged the move which included furniture from one place and pot plants back to the initial location
When the pot plants arrived one large pot was smashed which was worth more than &200 and a smaller pot also damaged when the larger pot fell
We have been endeavouring to seek compensation for over 2 months but have not had and luck

Yesterday I had a move booked for a one bedroom apartment. I was quoted $130 per hour for two men one truck. They arrived fine then half way through packing my belongings into the truck, they tell me it will be an extra $150 as they had to walk 50 metres to the truck. Both apartments are ground floor, and they were parked as close as possible, I found this rediculous but agreed as moving had already been stressful enough I didnt want to argue. Then they go to the new property where my partner was waiting for them, they tell him it was 3 hours minimum, they had worked 1.5 hours (9am-10:30am) and I checked my email confirmation saying 2 hours minimum not 3 hours. At this point my partner calls me, and I am extremely upset and disappointed, I feel like I was being taken advantage of and being scammed. They said it would cost me $644, now as quoted $130 per hour for 2 hours that is $260 plus the ridiculous $150, that is $410. I ended up being pushed to pay $486. I am so disappointed, I am a 20 year old uni student trying to make it in Sydney independently and theres people like this company trying to take advantage of me. After all of that, I received a call from your business asking how everything went and when I aired my concerns, she hung up on me.

I booked the move 1 week before the actual move. I payed 50$ for bond and 65$ for boxes.
My move was booked for move between 8 and 10 AM. I woke up at 6, prepared everything for the move and waited for call. At 9 AM I called to the Movee to get information about the process, because I had some concerns after reading reviews. I was answered that they will let me know what is went wrong. After that, no one called me back, so I had to call back to movee at 10AM already! After that, they said that they will proceed my move between 12AM and 1PM. I waited until 12AM and called them at this time. They said, that they can proceed it only between 2PM and 3/4 PM!!!!
After that, I asked them to send me money back and cancel everything. They tried to reschedule the booking instead of getting my money back. I am not sure if I receive money back lol.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking with these guys. Had a very bad experience with Movee as a company, not necessarily the movers themselves. I had asked for a truck to be under a certain height as I had loading dock restrictions to meet, and called to confirm the day before, however, they sent us a truck too tall. I then found out that Movee only book the trucks on our behalf and it's not up to them but up to the company they book with. Did not know that and was furious. I tried calling them to ask for their help in the matter, but the people I spoke with were not clear and I could not understand them. I was hung up on multiple times and did not know who to speak to. When they followed up for my review, I told them I was not happy and received empty promises for someone to look into it. I would not recommend Movee to anyone, stay clear! The quote we were given was well under what we had to pay as well.

I had booked my move for between 1-3pm, removalists did not show up until 5:20pm.
0 communication was provided from Movee regarding the delays, no reassurance that the job was being taken care of.
I eventually rang the company only to be told they could do it the following day, and I insisted that I had booked it for then so I was not going to change to the next day, I had begun a lease on a property and needed the move to happen now.
I advised Movee on booking that I needed a bed dissembled and reassembled on arrival, the removalists arrived armed with 1 Phillips head screw driver, nothing more.
They couldn’t get the bed apart properly.
Managed to get it in the truck not fully apart, only to deliver it and not be able to put it back together, leaving me with a bed frame in pieces. Terrible.
They later wanted to charge me well over the quoted price for the move, in which was done well under the 2 hr minimum price range. I refused.
The manager then threatened me saying they would not bring the last chest of drawers in from the truck if i didn’t pay the full over price they were giving, at this threat I was well past done with this company, they were not getting a cent more than I had to give.
Please do not under any circumstance book with this company. Does not matter how cheap they seem! They only want the money and don’t care how they get it.

Booked between 8am-11am. A month in advance, Paid in full. Nobody showed up.
I called them multiple times. No answers, then a tiny truck shows up, guys get out. I tell them that's not going to fit one room. They drive off before I can talk to the ??boss?? who is the boss? Then I'm hung up on several times. Staff are rude and English is poor. Now, apparently another truck is coming at 1pm-1:30pm. They have 15 mins to get here. This company is a *****SHAM***** stay away.

Buyer BEWARE!! This service does not supply its own people, instead they contract the work out, pay a pittance to the contractors & you might just end up with the Larry, Moe & Curly that I had moving my house. Didn’t even earn the 1 Star

If I could write a review lower than 1 star, it would not even scratch the surface of how incompetent this company is at doing the bare minimum.
We requested a mover for 12:30pm. We had no communication whatsoever as to why nobody had showed up by 1:30pm. At 2:30pm we rung again and they said they would be there at 3pm. The customer service representative was rude and obtuse.
The movers had a strong odour of sweat and looked unhygienic.
