The guys that did the move were great!! The ether people that are doing the booking and so on, will send you a tex 150 and hour and then charge you 160. When you bring these up, they just say the email is the true one not the tex. Also, the tex was for someone else not you. So, the quote is charged differently for each person. Also when they call the call comes up Sup. of spam hmmm.

Customer service unprofessional. The pick up address was incorrect, I advised the correct address 2x but still the drivers had the incorrect address. I had 2 pick up location booked the drivers where not aware of the 2nd pick up address. Took a while for them to under stand as they didn't understand much English. Drivers very slow. No care factor. Communication with customer service was very poor and at times hard to hear.Did not sort issues I was experiencing out. Again no care factor. Stay aware from this company.

Useless, fronted up for 4 hours, for 1 truck load to drive 7 km, charged my $950
They shifted some stuff from one house and dumped it in the carport st the next property.
The pool table, which has a removable top, was left behind, apparently it was “too heavy” despite the fact I moved it there initially with just a friend to help me.
They stopped for. 40 min break after 2 hours and even charged me for that time as well.

Horrible experience. Everything is extra. Smallest truck rocked up. Movers were slow up until their payment of $1200 was approved then they moved the fastest possible speed to unload the truck. Insurance for in transit is extra.... get it... they will damage your stuff guaranteed. Would never recommend or use these guys ever. With the cost of damaged items this move is now worth $4000. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, the TV was well wrapped but putting a heavy unstable item next to it and taking round abouts at speed won't help.
Bad Value for Money...job not finished or not quite what I expected it to be
From a 3 bedroom apartment. 3 double size mattress 2 dressers and 2 glass top desks. 5 piece lounge, 1 long TV stand, washing machine and dryer and an 8 piece dining set 2 shelves and a buffet cabinet and a large fridge, 1 56" TV and 1 big box. NO STAIRS and long pieces easily passed through the balcony we were at the ground floor so the balcony is just like less than 2 meters from the garden grounds and the 3 long pieces from the lounge was easily moved out to the parking area through there. The movers said it was hard to navigate through the front door, thus passing through the balcony made it easier. In other words nothing out of the ordinary or complicated that it will take an extra bit of time to move.
Cost: Well after spending $1,008.00 for what was a 5.5hour job, they could not fit the dining table into their truck and left all the glass tops and desks because they wanted us to pay extra $300 to wrap the glass in bubble wrap on top of how long it will take them to wrap and move the glass. If I agreed to get it wrapped and moved, it would have not fit anyways into their truck. Note the place we were moving to was a 10 to 12 minute drive.
Over-All Experience: NOT GOOD. Regretting the expense. I moved twice in the past 5 years and with the same amount of furniture and appliance - we did it ourselves as we own a courier van and our son would help in carrying. We'd move these stuff in less than a day and thats several trips to and from our old place which takes 25 mins each trip. This time my son wasn't available so I decided to hire movers and perhaps take the less strenuous path and pay someone else to do all these. What a waste of money! Because I still have some items to move, the glass pieces and TV's so I don’t think I got good value for my money.

Complete rubbish and liars! They have no sack trucks, no ramps, bring the smallest truck, removalists unable to communicate - told us when they arrived they couldn;t take the fridge or washing machine by pointing and shaking their heads - called customer service and was told fridges and washing machines were 'special items'. DO NOT USE

Worst experience , they r over whelming and too sweet , over promising as the best customer service , called 10 time till i confirmed the booking by paying advance and then the actual drama started When i had to call back , for timing , no one picked phone , every time new person calling back seeing my misssed call and saying sorry but repeatedly doi g mistake , the company simply takes the busness , and forward to other to provide service , and than the real tourture starts , changing of schedule, sayi g they r over booked , and out of furstation when when i said they r very unprofesstional , they simply left the job eith arrogance using a word call u r bullyi g us , total nightmare , should advise to take mover from known reference I did a big mistake by taking google priority , cant even give 1 star , i m still under truma, i have saved all screen short and long long frustration msg and notes to various staff whos no i got at different stages while i was in process while paying them after that was my strugle , at alast they managed to send another truck with two staff somehow they were nice , there english was poor but happpy they did my job .

The worst possible moving company! Ended up charging me 4 times the quote, wouldn’t deliver until I paid the extra, boxes everywhere, extorting organisation that didn’t even deliver the services as ordered! Where can we go about this?
Overcharged, bad communication through the call service
I booked two moves with this company, one to the storage unit and then another move to the new house. I was promised a discount having booked two moves with them. First move, the were 2 hours late. Second move, they were 2 hours early but I was charged for extra time. The discount that was agreed, I never received. I was charged the full price. Items were left at the storage unit, I had to go back to collect them. Boxes were placed upside down and items were broken. I've tried contacting the support team but they take a long time to respond.
The moves were expensive and I was definitely overcharged. I would not use this company ever again.
$1,500 to move 4bed House within the same suburb
Do not use this company - dishonest and taking advantage. It cost my parents (pensioners) $1,500 to move a 4 bedroom house within the same suburb. Workers were VERY SLOW and intentionally taking advantage of the “cost per hour” fee. So disappointed in myself that I fell for the sales pitch only to realise it was dishonest all along. Movee were informed of this within the first 2 hours and also emailed with no visible action taken. Post job Movee had no i terest in resolving the matter despite many others feesback of pretty mich the same nature now that I’m reading the reviews!

If there was a 0 star I would put down 0.
I was told that our custom made desks were a 4 person job on the day the removalists showed up. We went ahead and made a booking for the next day, for what I thought was going to be the right amount of people with the appropriate truck and tools.
I was wrong. Instead sending 4 people, with a tailgate truck and trollies, they sent 2 people with a truck that had no tailgate and an additional charge of $200 for "heavy" items. We had no choice but to accept the extra charge because this was a time sensitive matter.
They didn't move all of the stuff we required, and were told that there will be more people arranged for take the rest of our things. I'm still waiting on that phone call. What a joke.
ON TOP OF THAT, someone from their 'customer experience team' named Jaz called me to ask about the service, and as I proceeded to let her know about our poor experience, SHE HUNG UP! I wasn't yelling, swearing, or being demeaning. Just explained my honest opinion with all of the facts in calm and collected way.
Please do not use this service. You're best off going for a small company and save yourself the headache.

Had a job confirmation from Movee. Then it was reallocated from morning team to afternoon team because they came down with covid. When I receive the following "Please note that the service provider Kxxt sxxh is no longer allocated to your job. This may mean that Movee customer support team will allocate a different service provider for your job." I realised this was a poorly operated business. The kicker was when booking the job I was expected to give an immediate $200 deposit but was expected to wait for the refund. I will actively tell all friends and relatives not to use them.

I am very unhappy with the service I have received from Movee. I wish I had booked directly with a moving company rather than using their shoddy ‘matching’ service.
1. I requested a truck under 2.5 meters high due to height restrictions on my driveway. They confirmed in writing the truck would be under 2.5 meters high. The truck that arrived was 2.8 meters high. This added time and costs to my move as the truck needed to park down the street and cart stuff up to my place.
2. The movers arrived over an hour early, there was no warning or text to advise they were on their way (I’d been told they would give half an hour warning). This was early in the morning so we ended up having to rush around.
3. They over charged me for the time it took. I had to find evidence of the arrival time to prove I wasn’t lying. Lucky I had called them about the size of the truck when they arrived so I could send a screen shot…
After all this they advised I would receive a SMALL refund. I have been waiting over 6 weeks.
They are not replying to my emails… I absolutely won’t use them again.
Absolute scammers DO NOT USE
Absolute scammers - do not use these guys at any cost. I would rather have done the move myself than go through the stress of having two movers harass me and hold my furniture ransom until we paid additional fees.
I disputed the invoice and luckily had the strength to continuously deny them their additional fees they were demanding on the day.
Ended up paying less - but still absolutely overpriced for the terrible job they did, the stress they caused, and ZERO help from Movee even with 6 calls to them during the day alerting them to movers who were holding my things ransom until I paid an excess of $1000 for a 1 bedroom house move up the road..

I booked Movee removals service for Sat 14, 2022 to move our 4 bedroom home with two living areas at Booking Slot: Afternoon (arriving between 13:00 and 15:00)
After repeatedly calling I finally was given a time for 4 PM. The movers came two hours later than expected.
The Mover's arrived in a small truck that could only carry items for one room. Their office sent a 2 tonne truck when actually a 8 tonne truck was needed to move 4 bedrooms and two living areas. It took them three trips, luckily the distance between pickup and drop off was only 2.5kms. They finally ended up finishing at 10:00 PM. The company ended up charging me for 6 hours at $160 when I was told the move cost would be $70 an hour. Serious 6 hours to move a 4 bedroom home only 2.5kms away.
You can see where I am coming from. I have been charged $968+$200 deposit.

House was prepacked and ready for the move. The move was in the same suburb only two blocks apart. I knew I was in trouble when the movers came in small Budget truck. Two of the most incompetent movers proceeded to take what would be simple no more than 2 hours job as quoted into 5 hours. They broke a antique retro light fitting in the house we where to rent while moving items into the house. Wife still awaiting answers from Movee after 4 months of calling. On completion of the move they withheld the last bit furniture then one of the movers then proceeded to standover/extorted me to signoff on the job time extension on a newly generated invoice from Movees ( 2hrs to the 5 hrs) and made sure he viewed the banking transaction on my phone before allowing the other mover to removed the last bit of furniture from the truck. I have never been more frighten of what may have happen if I resisted. Movee to this very day will not acknowledge the extortion nor bear any responsibility for the damage. I will strong urge anyone who is thinking of using Movee not to. (LCSE) Liars, Cheats, Swindlers and Extorters.
