I just think for what you get it's waaaay too expensive.
No return on the investment. It's the second time I've signed up thinking it would be better, but, no. I'll be canceling

Its good to receive news of upcoming auctions, frustrating to sometimes only receive results after the lots have closed.

MutualArt.com is my daily friend. It provides invaluable information about artists and auctions which helps me get deeper into the international art world. Pictures and sketches of the artists that I follow bring great experience about their specific styles and techniques as well as immense aesthetical pleasure.

really inaccurate reference.
My name is listed with no update for more than a decade and the work linked to my name is not even mine.

Paid for appraisal in advance and received email with download that can not be opened by any application I have or I can secure online. Have called, sent three emails since 12/1/25 to support@ and appraisal@ individually and then both at once, and the contact form with no reply. No office or personnel in US so at the mercy of foreign entity who now has my credit card information.
Addendum: Finally got a call returned 12/5. Said they are very busy and so they can't answer emails or voice mails any faster. Said they emailed my 12/3 (nope). Still unable to open download which is all of 4.2mb. Does not open from email or their website. No app online to open it either. Is probably a security issue with malware but evidently they can't just email a pdf. Told me the value they gave the artwork which is not even close to other valuations. Said they use accredited appraisers but wouldn't sent me their qualifications. Total ripoff. Paid $49 and have nothing to show for it.
Reply to their bogus reply: Skippy says he emailed me on Wed 12/3 but he did not and it is not in my Junk/Spam folder which I check multiple times per day. The countless emails and calls were from me to you not the other way around so don't put it out there like you are on your game. The download does not open on any browser on any computer (2), phone (4), or iPad (2). Your lies about your your level of customer service only give credence to the real story of what you have not done.

I signed up on Nov 27 at a cost of $295 and a week later the cost was reduced to $250.
I believe I should be issued a refund of the difference of $45 since the discounted price happened very quickly.
