Mytaxi 

Just wanted to say how very disappointed I was with myTaxi service or the lack of it. I booked my taxi 3 hours before the planned departure time, assuming this will get added to the taxi route plans, they must plan it in advance, right?!! How wrong I was! When there were 5 min left the app said that all taxi drivers are busy. Then the booking was suddenly cancelled. Booked with Uber and the car was there in 5 min! If I waited for myTaxi I would have been late to a very important event!

We needed a taxi to the Madrid airport - a 26 minute ride at 4:00 am. The taxi was confirmed the night before. I kept checking the mytaxi app to make sure it was still confirmed before we went to bed. The next morning as we were hurrying to get ready to leave I noticed the taxi had been cancelled. I kept trying to get another taxi but the app said my request was denied. It was a very difficult position to be in when you are in a hurry to catch a plane!!!

Have only been using Mytaxi because Hailo no longer exists. As soon as I find a black cab alternative I’m bumming it.

Am going to vote with my feet and proactively search for alternatives, since Mytaxi is AWFUL

Used to like it but they are utterly useless if there is any issue with that requires human intervention. Have sent three messages to help line, got only automatic acknowledging messages but no solution - payments are being declined by app on all credit cards that do work very well elsewhere (mind you, when adding a new fard they charge a 50p verification payment that gets through without any problem). Already run into issue previously, in Poland, where they do have a quasi permanent 33%-50% promotion hence I used my taxi for long, multi-hours ride, only to discover that the promotion is capped at 400PLN ride maximum... But now no card payment works, hence you are riding on a promotion fare (or a regular fare as a matter of fact) but when itcomes to the payment, app declines it at you have to pay full fare in cash. Stay away !

Driver name is Farooq Ahmed the trip was from bridgefoot st to grianan here in Dublin which usually cost €9 and I even set the address for him to see when I ordered the taxi but he pretended having a poor internet connection and took the wrong route and that cost me €12.80, I felt I was robbed, thief. MyTaxi should take actions against those type of drivers.

I have been using the app/service for some now and I have to say the service is fantastic/ friendly/ professional. The drivers are very friendly, I think they are very reliable and I have no doubt recommending the service

Driver's are just so unfriendly and rude.Charged me 6 euro,argued on the phone for 3 minutes as he could not find my location.Despite of giving the location he refused to come.Never picked me up.Driver's name was Balbir Bharti.My taxi should take some action against him.

I would not survive in Berlin without that company! pay in the app - super convinient! Love it!!

Ordered the day before to be picked up at airport in Poland,driver sent message to say he had arrived, I went for taxi and he never waited,I wasn't late infact I was early nor would answer my calls,I was left stranded with my daughter late at night, he had obviously taken another fare,I was charged 50p for the privalage of credit card authorization to use this rubbish firm, would not recommend, drivers cancel their dates at last minute RUBBISH DELETE THIS COMPANY. Time wasters

omg where is the zero star. just waited 5 mins to book on mytaxi, cancelled and got an uber in 30 seconds ......

MyTaxi has been unable to sent me any receipts- their customer service keeps responding with generic emails, really poor!

Also, myTaxi is very poor at locating you on Google maps- Halo was way better. I don't understand why they can't use the technology of the Halo app after purchasing it.

If you really need a taxi don't use my taxi.
I booked a taxi to take us to airport bus 5 hours in advance booking was confirmed then half an hour before arrival time I received message saying no taxis available.
I had to make alternative arrangements.
Very very poor

We had prebooked a taxi to go to the airport over 24hrs in advance. 1min before it was due the taxi driver cancelled the job with no reason given! We were then told that they were very busy and we wouldn't be able to get a taxi for another 10mins atleast. We had to then find another taxi at short notice. I will never use them again! You're better off just using an über than risking missing your flight. Extremely unprofessional service and no one we could even contact to find out what was going on.

They are all unprofessional people sitting in Haryana have no manners. I booked for Shirdi an innova they sent me such a dirty old car some Chevy enjoy with a dirty driver. When I did not accept they said we sent you it's not our problem and they are not even refunding my amount. I will be filing an official complaint against these people. Do not book here guys they are really just big cheaters not professional at all.

No action to resolve or responsibility for deeply inaccurate estimates. Dont use if you ever want to know what it . Hooka trip estimated at €19 in Lisbon, arrive with a meter at €38, without any traffic etc. Avoid

I got the MyTaxi app for Rome and found it really easy to get and pay for taxis. June 2017 the temperatures reached 31-34c and we needed to be collected and taken somewhere cool fast, a couple of times a day.
Drivers were nice, most spoke English,fares were on the meter and this really improved our holiday.

This service absolutely failed. I'm currently in Rome where the metro station has gone on strike today (June 16th, 2017) and I need to get to the airport. I reserved a taxi 4 hours in advance and 5 min before my driver was supposed to show up, the app notified me that he had canceled his route. I went to flag down another taxi and 45 min after his scheduled arrival time, he texted me on WhatsApp saying "B*astard. You made me come to the address and you did not find me. a**hole." To which I responded "up yours mate". I have pictures of the texts and the drivers phone number and profile photo that I would be glad to provide anyone if necessary. I am currently on my way to the airport and wanted to warn any future users if this service that my experience with this company was awful similarly to many other reviews that I've read here. Better off finding any other method of transportation

Utterly poor service - fair enough it was my fault for not looking at the fare estimate. I assumped it would be the same as uber as I saw it from my house to the airport (£75-100) on uber and thought it would've been the same as I thought it'll be the same but as they had a 50% cheaper due to their promo. Turns out the fare is £201 in general and it's 50% of that! Absolute scam! Emailed and tried calling but no answer from either.

Poor service stay away from them and get an uber or call a normal taxi

I ordered a taxi in Rome to take me to Fiumicino airport on Sunday 30/04/2017.
Had a confirmation that the driver would pick me up at 04.30 in the morning.
He never showed up....luckily I spotted a taxi from another company that was willing to take me there....MyTaxi, never again as far as I am concerned.

My driver got into a (minor) accident when I was taking a ride in Berlin. Luckily, I wasn't hurt. As I wasn't able to get to my final destination, I started to leave my taxi, but the driver insisted that I pay for the journey so far. Being in a foreign country and not being able to communicate in German, I agreed, so I could get on with my journey to my destination.

I contacted MyTaxi afterwards to get a refund for the accident journey, but their view is that the driver still drove you X kilometers so you should still pay for the ride, even though it was an incomplete ride and I had to get another taxi afterwards.

Wow. Talk about bad customer service!
