This is a scam. It is extremely expensive! They wait outside central station and I was not paying attention, and for 3 km drive the meter has jumped to more than 600 kr!!

I have used mytaxi app for first time for an airport transfer as recommended by a friend. I thought I'd give it a go, as there was a promo that I will get 50zl and the person who recommended will also get 50zl.
I have ordered taxi specifying an exact time and that it is going to be an airport transfer and maximum as an estimate came up to about 160zl. Just to compare , the standard set fare for this airport transfer is 99zl with the competitor.
I was surprised , when on arrival I was asked to pay 260 zl, and when I tried to pay via app i could not proceed and use the 50zl voucher. I offered to the driver I can pay the balance but he said no as he said he is not working for the company and I can claim that money back ?! Then he said if I won't pay he can call the police and also mentioned that there must have been something wrong with my card or I don't have enough founds- regardless I paid using the same card at the end but not via app , just using pdq machine so the voucher could not be applied.
I have contacted customer service as soon as I could and the reply was awful, without any apologies just saying that the fares may vary depending of the traffic (there was no traffic or anything which could affect maximum of estimate fare ).
This service is a scam and my taxi promotes false advertising with poor customer service!!!!!
STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A STRESS FREE JOURNEY!
