I ordered a necklace as a birthday gift, it arrived fast. The customer service was helpful and kind. I would definitely order again in case!

This shop is a scam!! I ordered from them in May, and my order hasn't arrived ever since, and I also never got my money back. If you plan to order here, please don't. This is a scam!

Got scammed out of €84 over a year ago.... Raging..

Over a year waiting, did have contact saying there was such a large uptake on product, but never received the 3 necklaces. I have emailed both contacts that I had again but radio silence.

Please avoid, it is a known scam. Now operating under Celtic Collective, previously Mo Mona. Fortunately I obtained a refund through Paypal.

Absolute scam ordered in may now August no sign of anything and can't even contact them about it. sent messages and emails with no reply avoid at all costs

this site is worst ive ever seen.ordered a necklace in April, now July and no sign. Sent emails with no reply. absolute disgrace. avoid this site like the plague unless you want to be messed around with.

They try to hide their scam behind all kind of excuses, name changes, management changes etc but don't be fooled as I was. Ordered 2 necklaces in April, one for a milestone birthday... still waiting for them to arrive. They said it is a special design, and they donate money to Focus Ireland if you buy one. Their advert came up on Instagram. Long wait, no necklaces... Excuses, one after another, emails, in the meantime still no sign of the necklaces. No clear explanation for delay. Family business, my eye, family of scam artists more like it. Very disappointed!

A blatant scam shop I have never met, I ordered from March 1 according to the information on the item to be pre-ordered and the goods will be delivered in mid-April, but at the end of April I don't When I received the item, I emailed it many times, finally being told that I had to wait for another 2 months because of production problems and they said I would send it to me at the end of June, but until now In mid-July, I still did not receive information about my order. One item had to wait nearly five months, while I paid it completely, I said if I didn't have the goods, please return the money I paid before but they still didn't return it to me, doing business like irresponsibly, I hope people do not buy Mo mona jewelry without letting them cheat, people should boycott them.

Waiting a month for my order a birthday present had to purchase something else told there are delays very disappointing wanted to order more but lost any trust in them now

Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Order placed February, finally got refund granted today 23.06.19 via PayPal dispute (Mo Mona did not respond to PayPal either). Virtually zero customer service, just computer generated sob stories regarding delays. Online chat on their website is a joke, 11 emails - not one reply. This company should be avoided at all costs. DO NOT BUY FROM MO MONA.

I ordered a watch set from this site over 4 months ago, no sign of it, try to get in touch with them and it's impossible. I do advise people to stay away from it as this "Family Running Company" it's a scam.

This is forr MO MOANA IRELAND. I ordered Oct/ nov 2018. Got part of ordered items. Now March, nearly April, had to send a pic of what i recvd, plus the order numbers.. And still i have not recvd my MISSING items. Am sure there is more than one person who deals with Customer services in this company. Does their merchandise come from China cos it seems to take a very long time to deliver from Southern Ireland to Northern Ireland. totally not the Service i expect when buying. After all my Money is not in my bank for these missng items. MO MOANA HAS IT.

Ordered my necklace at the end of September. I had not received it so I decided to check the tracking. My package has been sitting in Tel Aviv despite the fact I live in Dublin?! Why was my package shipped to Tel Aviv?! I have attempted to contact them numerous times. Avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered in June.. it is now October.. still no sign of my order. Email said it would be here today the 17th Oct. It's obvious they are waiting for products to come for China!! Be quicker to order off ali express!!
