The most VFM VPS provider I've used. Only downside is their support is literally non-existing, even for the simplest things (like changing your billing info) so keep that in mind.

An excellent hosting provider.

Of course, it’s currently not possible to purchase ARM-based VPS due to issues with RAM, but the server I’m currently using is a real pleasure in terms of both performance and price. Competitors fall significantly short in terms of both price and the services they offer (as well as the quality of technical support).

False Promise on Server Pricing

So i got a netcup server which they claim will be permanent price regardless of what i get an email today citing a price increase on my existing servers by 19% this is absurd, I do not recommend them anymore you are better looking elsewhere.

The funny part is them saying its due to ram shortage.

We understand that you find this price adjustment frustrating. The terms “permanently low” or “permanent prices” refer to the fact that the promotional terms for our products (e.g., more storage, more RAM, more CPU, and/or a discounted price) apply permanently - that is, not just for the first billing year. With many other providers on the market, it is quite common for promotional prices or terms to apply only to the first year or the first billing period - however, this does not align with netcup’s pricing policy, which is why we specifically highlight this for our new customers. We therefore generally offer permanently valid prices, unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions to this are general, necessary price adjustments in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, which we also note in the FAQs on our promotions page - this situation has now arisen. Due to the rapid rise in hardware purchase prices over the past few months, we have therefore had to implement a general, necessary adjustment.

However, even with this price adjustment, promotional products remain more affordable than products at the regular price due to the additional services offered and the percentage increase. We would like to point out once again that the increase will not take effect until the end of the current billing period and that you may also exercise your right to special termination.

Very solid VPS and hosting provider

I’ve been using Netcup for the past few months for both a reseller web hosting account and several VPS servers, after nearly 20 years with other European providers.

So far, the experience has been excellent. The services are stable, performance is very good, pricing is competitive, and everything works as expected.

A very solid provider, especially for developers and businesses looking for reliable hosting.

After nearly 20 years with other European hosting providers, I moved part of my infrastructure to Netcup a few months ago, including a reseller web hosting account and several VPS servers.

So far, I’m very satisfied. The services are stable, performance is strong, pricing is fair, and the overall experience has been smooth and reliable.

Definitely a provider worth considering.

We offer various contract models for our customers to choose from according to their needs. Upon deciding for a contract model, you also agree to a certain contract time. The individual cancellation date is therefore determined by the billing period and the contractual conditions of the product and regretfully, we are not able to change that.

I am very satisfied with the services…

I am very satisfied with the services provided by Netcup. The servers are very fast, stable, and reliable, which is very important for my projects. The performance of the VPS instances is excellent and the infrastructure works smoothly without issues.

I also appreciate the quality of the products and the overall service. Everything has been working very well for me so far, and the setup process is simple and efficient.

Overall, I have had a very positive experience and I really like the products and performance that Netcup provides.

Quality servers, but with bad policies.

Quality not over sold Root server instances.
A bit of shady tactics when it comes to service cancelation. You are required to start the cancelation 31 days before you can do it even when I am cancelling it during the month I paid for they force me to pay for another month...
I really like the performance and pricing but I can not recommend a service which doesn't point this out in big letters somewhere. Stuff like this will only make people lose trust in the service.

This is a rogue company with absolutely no reputation!

I ordered a server for €298.60 on January 23rd, but found that my website couldn't be migrated properly. I cancelled the order and requested a refund on January 30th. The refund policy was clearly stated: payment would be based on the unfulfilled period.

A week later, I still hadn't received a refund. I emailed them to inquire, and they replied that they were processing it. After several days of no further information, I inquired again, and they said that my PayPal account was frozen and needed to be unfrozen before a refund could be issued. On February 23rd, they replied that the freeze had been lifted, but the refund still hadn't been issued.

Today, after numerous follow-ups, they finally said they wouldn't refund! Their exact words were: "As a result, the previously created credit note was cancelled and the payment was booked against the corresponding invoice. Therefore, no credit balance remains on your customer account.
For this reason, there is currently no refundable amount available."

Of all the suppliers I've encountered, both good and bad products, their service is the worst, their turnaround time is the longest, and they are the most untrustworthy. All their previous statements were lies!

i paid for a dedicated server on 28th of feb, today is 2nd of march - and i got nothing - submitted several messages to support - ignore and nothing! The worst experience ever! Even the access to server panel is blocked!

SLA is 0

SLA is 0! Ordering will neve r get accomplished as they keep asking for something! Ending up just like an invoice NOT the time period you choose. They sell however they like it! Support sucks
