Nio cocktails the perfect way to celebrate a holiday weekend, in fact any weekend, birthday, anniversary or just as a treat. Easy ordering, quick delivery. Just break out the ice, shake, rip and pour. We enjoyed some of our favourites - well done Nio again for some great cocktails.

I liked the easiness of ordering and quick delivery.. and of course the cocktails themselves.. I ordered a box of 9.. for a family trip.. everyone enjoyed them.. and I will definitely be ordering others in the future..

Gift arrived next day and they were delicious Definitely use again

Dont deliver as promised.
I ordered products from them with a 24 hour delivery option. Payed the premium which is fine. I got no information, no call or nothing. Then they say that the courier tried to deliver it to my appartment but it was no possible?
No one contacted me at all. I only got information that they tried (allegedly) but it was not possible. Now they say they cant deliver before in 4 days time. I PAYED FOR 24 HOURS DELIVERY!.
I am traveling this weekend, and needed the package before that, but that aint happening. Also, they refuse to cancel the order and refund me. I will never use this company again. There are others out there which I have used and will continue to use. In addition, their customer support is by far some of the worst i have experienced. They never answer on chat, and on mail they just close tickets and reply "sorry, it was not delivered". Not really solving any problems.

Really top quality cocktails. Like being out on the town without the queuing! One damaged on delivery but replaced immediately. Can't fault them at all

I had ordered the Negroni gift box as a present for a birthday. I had paid extra for gift wrapping but it arrived without it.

The worst cocktails ever. Literally tastes like sugar and cheap booze. I tried more than one type of nio cocktail to give them the benefit of the doubt…could not drink any of them

Great cocktails when you don't have confidence or the ingredients to make them yourself. You can have 12 different cocktails without having 36 different bottles at home...

Fantastic!!! I purchased 2 sets, as thank you presents and they are wonderful, and a lovely gift.

The customer service is exceptional. I made a mistake on my order and emailed to see if I could make an amendment, and received an email in response within 5 minutes saying that they would try to correct my mistake. I then received an additional email to let me know that they were able to make the change I needed. If I could give more stars I absolutely would!!!

A geat concept and nice selection of cocktails to try. The weather has been lovely, nice to relax in garden on a summers evening with a cocktail and great company.

Still hasn’t arrived and my request for help or a refund now being ignored.

Delivery to the persons address was 22.50 at night when they were in bed. Luckily parcel was still on doorstep the following morning!!
This usbt a usual time to deliver is it?!

Great products, prompt delivery and good communication. My only disappointment was the additional charge I payed for gift wrapping. A loose cardboard sleeve was enclosed with the order, that didn't actually fit anything.

Ordered for a gift, delivered quickly, no issues. Recipient totally loved it! Was hesitant as they are a whiskey connoisseur but they could not fault the cocktails
