Excellent repair shop
Excellent repair shop - if only every business I dealt with had this level of service and professionalism.
NipNip Canary Wharf is brilliant
NipNip Canary Wharf is brilliant - the best bike repair shop I’ve found. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Used nipnip a number of times and always been happy but this time I need to flag they charged me not only for the silver service but after requiring a new inner tube and then saying I would also have a new tyre fitted, went in to collect an ended up with a bill double with charges for fitting an inner and tyre. This was not communicated prior to work an I was also not communicated any of the pricing including a tyre that was over £40.
This is not good customer service and I feel totally ripped off by a brand I have used previously.
You can’t fit and do work outside without sharing the costs and something that would be flagged under consumer rights.
The sad part is I have another bike I was going to take for a similar service but now will look for other options and not share this brand in a positive light unfortunately.
Hidden Gem! Very helpful service location.
First puncture in 6 years on my Brompton, discovered @ Waterloo station & I live in East Hampshire! Enter Nip Nip ... walked in, offered to leave bike, he said no, dropped his other services & I was out of there in minutes, with new inner tube, plus wheel rim, brakes, tyre all checked as well. Friendly to boot, EVEN on a cold morning between Xmas & NY. 5/5!

My seat got stolen and we had attempted to get a seat pole and seat ourselves but we’re no experts so we went to nip nip and Tony helped us so much, such an amazing guy which made our day! excellent service!!
Very friendly and helpful
Very friendly and helpful! I 'nipped' in after failing to change the seat on my Brompton and the owner very graciously offered to fix my new seat on and explained how at no cost. Definitely recommend for simple and complex repairs.

Can’t recommend enough
Can’t recommend enough. Dropped in for a tricky bottom bracket removal. Bijay was extremely helpful and sorted out the issue in 5 mins. Stayed longer for bike chats. The services are very reasonably priced as well.
I dropped in with a quick simple repair…
I dropped in with a quick simple repair that I didn't have the part for in my pannier, and Bijay helped me straight away, fixed the problem in 5 mins, then refused to accept payment. Fantastic service, so friendly and helpful even though I'm not a regular. Very grateful, would recommend very highly.
Very friendly speedy service
Very friendly speedy service which got me back on the road the same morning - couldn't have been better! Have been using for a year or two now and they are always excellent!
Peabody community centre.
I attended with my bike today at the Peabody community centre. Such a pleasant young Man worked on my bike. He was very pleasant and gave lots of advice He replaced my rusty chain, and advised on something that he was unable to fix. Thank you so much Alfie for the advice. My bike is quite old and not been used for few years, but I can now ride my bike as it is of decent standard now. Thanks again Alfie for the advuce, I learnt quite a few things about bikes today.
Highly recommended!
Recommended by my colleague and absolutely didn't disappoint.
Very helpful, friendly, reasonable and knowledgable. Highly recommended. Solved my problem in a few short minutes. Will definitely return for my bike service. Thanks so much!
Excellent service Everytime
Excellent service Everytime, staff are knowledgeable, friendly and best of all honest if they don't think something needs replacing yet they will tell you, which is so reassuring. I won't take my ebike anywhere else.

Get a second opinion
Despite being a former customer, I am sad to leave a disappointing review. At the end of season last year my chain stretch was 0.5, so I booked a 20min appointment to change my chain at the beginning of season this year. They used a CC-2 tool and said the chain wear was now over 0.75 and I needed to urgently replace the chain and the cassette, and that there were not allowed to change the chain without changing the cassette. Price quoted for the parts were 75% higher than competitors. I bought elsewhere and I booked a second 20min appointment to fit the new chain and in this timeslot they said they were unable to fit the chain and requested the bike to be left for 3 days. I declined and took the bike to a different NipNip London branch later the same day. They used a CC-3.2 chain checker tool, determined the chain stretch was just over 0.5 (as expected) that there was no urgent need to change the chain and definitely not the cassette, and they fitted the new chain in less than 5 mins. My advice would be to get a second opinion before paying the Canary Wharf store above market prices for parts that you may not need, or if you are asked to leave your bike for many days.
Service was completed but now my chain…
Service was completed but now my chain keeps slipping continuously after replacing so I'm going to have to take my bike to another repair shop to correct

I always go to NipNip. Had a problem which Michael fixed on the spot. Great service. No problem big or small.
Always there to help. They don't condescend you like some places when it might be just a simple problem.
Always recommend NipNip.
