You were sent a link to give a review as an automated service, this is for you to provide us feedback once you have seen your products. We understand you were not home when they arrived but we're not sure why this would warrant a one star review simply because you haven't seen the products yet. We take all our customers feedback seriously however we're not sure on this occasion what we can do for you as your order was delivered very quickly and fulfilled.
At the time when you wrote this review you had received the delivery but you weren't at home and it was left at the address, we can see the review you've left doesn't reflect this and we don't see this as being a genuine experience of what has taken place.

He clearly understood what good customer service is and ensured every thing went smoothly and to plan, even ensuring that I had the right chemicals sent to me to put into the tub prior to his visit. Online spa's are amazing
Online spa's are amazing from ordering to delivery and setup. The journey started with Mike doing the orders very friendly manner, helpful and accommodating, I was away on holiday when they received the hot tub I wanted and it wasn't a problem they stored it until I was back. The next call I recieved was from Nick again very friendly and professional to arrange the delivery asking for a video of the delivery path the hot tub would be taking to the position it was going to be placed on the property to make delivery as smooth as possible. Delivery day came and Miles was delivering he was very friendly and very experienced he got the hot tub unwrapped and in place in no time then went through every step to keep the tub in tip top condition. Then I recieved a call from Annie from after sales a month after delivery who was very friendly and professional just to make sure I was happy with the tub and everything was working great. All in all a very easy, speedy and professional experience. Online spa's have excellent customer service that's second to none and highly recommend them they are all amazing with fantastic prices and service. I've recommended online spa's to a few friends hopefully they will order one too. Thanks online spa's for a very smooth, easy, fast and extremely professional service. 😎 😁☺️

After care is very bad
After care is very bad. Second time now I've needed something fixed, the first time was bad but this time around, I have spoken on the phone and sent a video of the issue to the warranty department in April 23 and then again after a chase in June 23. It's now September 23 and still not even an acknowledgement. It's comical.
Edit: Some people did come out and work on the tub, but when I came to use the 'fixed' part it was still broken, so nothing has been achieved and I have no energy to keep engaging with this company. Sad times.

Recommended by a friend and diamonds. Ordered on the Thursday delivered on the Friday. I had bit of pilot error corrected by 10 am Monday morning. You can’t pay for that type of service these days but somehow I got it!!!

One very satisfied customer! I wanted a hot tub for my seaview apartment with specific requirements - 4 seater square not too big but deep enough to seat comfortably in. Saw the cuba hot on Online Spas and it fitted the bill. Ordered on a Saturday and delivered Thursday, in the evening as requested by myself. Difficult installation, which the two Online Spa workers managed extremely well, electric sorted and all set up ready to use before they left. If you're looking for a hot tub look no further as after sales customer care exceptional too.
