Next time you do shop for a keyboard

Next time you do shop for a keyboard, check OZO out, wish I found them before and the amazing products they have in place, wanted to build a new keyboard and waited couple months then found out this store and was able to get the board I wanted within weeks!

Jake himself has been incredible managing orders and being active which is something I’ve not seen with other suppliers. Although a small team such joy, I enjoyed his service that much I ended up getting an additional board to build for my office.

Thank you for including the surprise which made me so happy! Honestly amazing products, great production and QC is amazing, haven’t had any defective products.

I’d suggest checking this out for sure 🙋🏻☺️ will be buying additional products or suggest my colleagues or friends if they want a keyboard.

Very good experience with them

Very good experience with them, they were able to change the modle of what I ordered quickly and dispatch it quickly when everything i ordered arrived at their warehouse. Overall amazing customer service.

I bought a couple of keyboards from…

I bought a couple of keyboards from OZO, one of which had a very long lead time. This did get delayed by quite a long time which is typical for Chinese shipments in this industry. OZO covered their mistakes and compensated generously and maintained good communication over the issue. There were a couple of other mistakes in our order but these were addressed super quickly. It's clear these guys are passionate about what they do, and care about the customer. I would happily recommend OZO and the Evo 75 as one of the only high quality UK ISO keyboards on the market.

The keyboard I bought is amazing

The keyboard I bought is amazing, i cant knock it. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the delivery time. When I ordered the keyboard it stated that it was 48 hour delivery. After two days I emailed and got that it wasnt in stock even tho it said on the website that it was. Customer service was great and got responses quickly.

We understand the frustration, but we'd gently push back on 2 stars for a situation we flagged proactively and communicated openly about from the start, we also sold the keyboard to you at a very reasonable price, £20 below any competitor on the market due to the promotion at the time. We always aim to be upfront with our customers rather than leave them in the dark, and we think that counts for something. We hope you'll consider that next time you leave a review — saying that, would love for the keyboard to have a lasting effect.

Took a while but well worth it!

Can't fault the product or seller, ordered and shipped promptly, just took 15 days to arrive from China! Ordered the Evo80 in pink and it is incredible, will be ordering again!

No sale made

No sale made, automatically signed up to their newsletter - I hate it when they do this.

No unsubscribe link visible on mobile, emailed back to advise of this, got possibly the most passive aggressive email I’ve ever received from a company.

Products may be good - I have no way of telling - but I have no faith in their customer service based on this experience.

Regarding the response - if I receive an email talking about the worst customer service they’ve experienced, I’m going to respond with mine.

This is the only marketing email I have received without an unsubscribe link, so it’s surprising that it’s being chalked up to ITP.

Along with this, the fact I was unsubscribed was not confirmed until I had asked specifically to be unsubscribed three separate times - and after you sent a screenshot with the unsubscribe button - which wasn’t visible on my email, which you confirmed - no fewer than ten times.

If your mental health is affected by the below words - quoted verbatim from my emails - I’d strongly suggest not working in customer service

“ Weird.

My worst shopping experience is when companies take me adding something to my basket as permission to email me daily”

“ PS it’s against EU regulation to not have a clear “unsubscribe” button on emails like this”

We're sorry to hear about your experience, but we do need to address some inaccuracies in this review.

You were not "automatically signed up" to anything. Our checkout includes an explicit opt-in tick box for marketing emails, this is controlled fully by Shopify and we have no control over it, all of our competitors have the same — and this tickbox was left ticked as you progressed through the checkout process. We take GDPR compliance seriously and do not add anyone to our mailing list without consent.

Regarding the unsubscribe link: every email we send contains one. After investigating your report thoroughly, we were unable to replicate the issue on any device. This is consistent with a known Safari behaviour called Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP), which can occasionally interfere with how email content is rendered. Hundreds of our customers unsubscribe without issue regularly.

As soon as your email came in, we manually removed you from the list immediately — which is precisely what good customer service looks like.

We're a small, hardworking team and we respond to every customer promptly and honestly. We're sorry the tone of our response didn't land well, you have to take into the account the tone of your initial messages put a dent on my mental health, there was just no reason to be so aggressive towards us, we're just humans on the other end with real emotions... Treat others the way you'd like to be treated...

Keyboard and coiled cable are excellent…

Keyboard and coiled cable are excellent but support is rubbish. Advertised the keyboard as being VIA compatible but I haven't been able to figure out a way to get it working. I contacted support, they sent me the wrong software and wrong manual. They also suggested things that are ridiculous and keep ignoring me.

Late but great

My keyboard that I ordered came late by 1 week but still came in very good condition and no damage to the keyboard itself. Tho the plastic holder for the switches was damaged, but that was fine.

Otherwise the website itself is very great and has a modern look to it, on the website they offer a big collection of keyboards for a fair price.

I really recommend buying from this site and im very happy with my order.

Exceptional company

Service was exceptional start to finish, the keyboard I ordered did turn out to have a small fault and required a return, but it was handled very fast and very well with constant updates. (The keyboard itself has a ridiculously low return rate, I just fell very unlucky)

Would recommend this company whole heartedly to anyone looking for any keyboard or accessories

I ordered this keyboard close to a…

I ordered two keyboard cases close to a month ago. i still havent gotten it.

Its way past the forecasted delivery date, even accounting for the lunar new year notice they sent out.

Edit: It looks like this whole ordeal really wasn't ozo keyboard's fault, but problems occurred outside of their control. However, they still owned up to it and offered me a little bit of compensation as well as more detailed tracking and information. Appreciated. Will update this review fully once the product is in my hands

Update: the two products I ordered arrived in good condition, although very late. Because of the lack of communication initially, ill deduct a star but outside of it, the delivery service and delay was not their fault.

My order took a bit too long to arrive so that’s why I’m not giving 5 stars but they did their best. At trying to deliver it as fast as possible some things could have been made a bit clearer but for the rest it went great

Brilliant keyboards, brilliant service

I ordered a DP104 keyboard on sale at midnight and found that my order was promptly shipped around 10am the next morning which was way quicker than I expected. I received lots of communication from OZO keyboards about where my item was and was given a tracking number straight away to track it through Royal Mail. Item arrived well-packaged and very fast as they used Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. I loved the keyboard I bought and I was really impressed with the service from this shop. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Great product - good? Service - regretful delivery

Pros;
Very good product. I would say 10/10 hopefully won't have to switch to a new keyboard again. It has only been a couple days however. Product in question is wobkey crush 80 pro in navy

Very fast response times on queries I have had. For a small business to be able to do 5-10 min response times is seriously amazing.

Bundled gifts at the time of ordering. The outemu v2s were bundled in to my order which was a nice treat.

Cons
If information is needed prior to landing in the UK, the customer cannot get that information.

When ordering do make a screenshot of their delivery window because policy does include store credit. Though my order took long enough I no longer remembered when that policy would take place.

Delivery was long and longer than expected without immediate contact in the form of an automated email. I do recommend putting this in place if you can.
