Pros;
Very good product. I would say 10/10 hopefully won't have to switch to a new keyboard again. It has only been a couple days however. Product in question is wobkey crush 80 pro in navy

Very fast response times on queries I have had. For a small business to be able to do 5-10 min response times is seriously amazing.

Bundled gifts at the time of ordering. The outemu v2s were bundled in to my order which was a nice treat.

Cons
If information is needed prior to landing in the UK, the customer cannot get that information.

When ordering do make a screenshot of their delivery window because policy does include store credit. Though my order took long enough I no longer remembered when that policy would take place.

Delivery was long and longer than expected without immediate contact in the form of an automated email. I do recommend putting this in place if you can.

Was told most of my items would come before the lunar holiday which was important and they did not. When the keyboard came it was the wrong colour entirely.

bought a mchose a7 ultra a couple weeks ago unfortunately it got stuck in customs for a while but not their fault and jake was very helpful and gave me updates and even changed my delivery from tracked 48 to 24, mouse was packaged very well and came brand new, really recommend them over amazon and aliexpress.

I bought a keyboard. It got delivered within time as expected. I had an issue with a key and received wonderful support and was able to solve the problem pretty quickly.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I really feel like this business truly deserves to be recognised!

I received free keycaps and a coiled cable with my Evoworks Evo80 TKL Mechanical keyboard in "Babypink" with Oat Switches, and both were beautifully matched to the keyboard purchased. You can really tell how much care goes into every order - everything is packaged so thoughtfully with the customer in mind!!

The admin is incredibly responsive on Discord and always happy to answer questions. They also host regular giveaways on their Discord server, and I was lucky enough to win one! Even after winning an Anbernic RG35XX, the owner was still unbelievably generous and included a bunch of extra keycaps for free (and they're super cute too!!!!!). I was genuinely surprised and sooooo excited when I received everything 😭

I ordered a keyboard from them at the end of December. It arrived super fast, but unfortunately, it had a minor issue (totally a factory defect, not the seller's fault). They immediately sent out a replacement part which arrived in no time. Now the keyboard is perfect! I had a great experience with their customer service—really fast and kind. Thanks again, Jake!

Great first experience. I ordered the Evo80 and once the order was processed they sent me confirmation and communicated what to expect next in regards to shipping/delivery.

Delivery time was right around what was expected considering I was ordering to France. Packaging was excellent and everything was well protected. The free gifts were a nice touch and the free keycap set were actually a complementary colour to the keyboard i ordered which was a nice surprise.

Will for sure be ordering more from here in the future.

I recently purchased the Evo75 by Evoworks from Ozo, and I’m thoroughly impressed. It took about two weeks from the initial order to fulfillment at their international hub and final delivery to France.

The packaging was excellent; everything was very well-protected. I also love their pricing system that includes small gifts it’s a really thoughtful touch. As a first-time buyer, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience!

Fair prices. Great selection of products. Jake & the team kept me up to date with my order's progress the whole time. Will definitely be using these guys as my go to place for keyboards and accessories alike moving forward.

I have bought a Keyboard from OZO in November, while no other online store had it available. I agree with all the other positive reviews about OZO. They really care about the customer and always keep you informed about the status of your order.
I also got a bonus coiled cable for my keyboard for free, which was a really nice surprise!

I bought my mouse before Christmas, and the team sent me regular updates on where my product was and how everything was going. If I were to recommend anywhere to purchase your PC peripherals, it’d be here. Also, as a big bonus, they sent out a free matching cable for my keyboard, showing they really do value their customers. This company is doing things right and deserves all the love that comes its way.

Incredible quality keyboard, delivery was meant to be next day but due to delays was almost 2 weeks late. However, the amazing customer service made the whole ordeal better, specifically Jake who was able to add some credit to my account.
I also received a little wrapped gift which was greatly appreciated.

As someone completely new to the world of custom keyboards, I spent hours trying to figure everything out, switches, keycaps, boards, barebones vs full builds, and whether or not to solder my existing keyboard. It was honestly overwhelming.

Friendly, helpful and even better were some lovely little Christmas extras thrown in. Very happy with my mystery keycap set. Brilliant and unfortunately for me, very tempting range of products to choose from in the future.

One of the few UK sellers who had the keyboard I wanted for sale and at a great price.

The site is very upfront about what's in stock, ordered in/preordered etc. and what the resulting dispatch and delivery time estimates are so I knew from the start when it was likely to arrive. All the usual additive pricing for different options was eliminated as well, I could get a single, overall price for the option I was looking at, so that was also a plus.

Customer service was great! Double checked with me about some incoming product changes/choices to be sure I would be happy with the end result - very much appreciated this. The keyboard arrived in good time, safely and delivered via DPD so a reputable and trustworthy delivery service. Entire order was carefully packed for safe delivery, I was very pleased with it all.

The team also clearly put some time and effort into picking the mystery boards/key caps for orders too! I was delighted with the mystery keyboard and mystery key caps I received and it was obvious someone had gone so far as to co-ordinate these two with the main keyboard I had ordered. Not to mention the bonus gifts which were also matched to the rest of the order.

This kind of thoughtfulness is what makes the shopping experience great, and shows a real outstanding level of customer service! Miles above and beyond what I usually expect from online stores I've not used before, I will totally shop at Ozo Keyboards again if I am ever in need of keyboards, key caps and accessories.
