Google one subscription

I have a Google one subscription. pay £15.99 yearly.I paid this January 2025 £15.99 and they have taken another £15.99 on the first of June 2025 that's only five months, not Jew until January 26. so hard to get hold of them I've been trying since the first of June to get hold of them. Not
Happy.
Also I get lots of messages saying my storage is nearly full. I've used 27gb out of my 100gb
So why am I paying for storage and it not being used.

Google play is the worst app I ever come across.you have no form of security are piece of mind when you make a purchase using Google Play Store.I made purchase from YOUKU with Google PLAY I am not able to access what I paid for VIP ACCESS I Message Google play store for a refund and I Message this YOUKU TV EXPLAINING! Google play store, no respond.this YOUKU I don't know what game they are playing.took my money and I have no access for what i paid for all I am doing is repeating myself like a broken record. This is why APPLE ITunes is the best they listen to their Customers!. KNOW GOOGLE PLAY STORE CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY BACK IN MY PLAY APP.

Don't use Google pay

Don't use Google pay
They took money out of my account 3 times and the company it was supposed to go to didn't even receive it.
One I didn't want to pay because I no longer wanted the subscription but they took it out anyway.
When I contacted them they tell me no payments when through and I have no subscription.
I have the payments on my statement.
When I check on my payment history there's nothing and my subscription nothing buy I have subscription and they did take the payments.
Unfortunately it's theft and no record of it.
Now they want me to verify my payment method, so unless I Want to lose my amazon prime I have to do this.
They have control over my payment methods.
It's control and they are thieves.
No history..how convenient.
No history no refund.
Imagine if they steal 60$ from every person.
Adds up.
They're getting rich off of us.
While we lose out.
Be very careful when you use Google payment.

A refund I received from a dating site…

A refund I received from a dating site Zookst acknowledged by Google pay as a refund has been held up by Google pay for several weeks now. They show online that they have refunded my money but they haven't. I asked Google pay for an explanation as to how this mistake could be made by them. It was supposed to be paid back into my PayPal account. When I rang them they kept me on the phone for an hour while they investigated the matter an obvious mistake by Google pay. They created a case id 3-7556000039161 for my complaint but no record of the details of my case ,what I was asking for nothing in writing on their website or even an email or txt message to me. Limiting their written records,communication to the customer of customer problems with their service is an obvious business design feature for them.

The dating site Zookst was quick to provide proof of the refund being made to google pay. They were great in their emails to me. In the end all google pay had to say was they needed more time to investigate their mistake without any timeframe as to when they would get back to me with an explanation or when my refund may be given back to me. I put in a dispute case with PayPal and Google pay are not responding there either. PayPal will give me my money back in a week's time if Google pay for not respond. I guess Google pay will not ring txt or email me back explaining their mistake and how it happened in the same way they haven't put anything in writing about my case. Dealing with Google pays own mistakes isn't google pays forte. They have clever systems in place it to protect themselves against being accountable to their customers and protect their mistakes in every way they can. They won't give a phone number You cant get an email address even to send them proof of things in the form of pdf files. Now I find out they allow themselves 45 days to refund my money from the complaint date. Don't use their service to pay for things because if they make a mistake it takes many hours of your time in dealing with them if you can get though and if you are lucky you might get your money back after 2 months. Don't trust them.

These scammers took a payment and set…

These scammers took a payment and set up a subscription for a product I would not use and have never used. But they refused to refund. Absolutely disgusting. They are a bunch of scammers. I deleted my account and banking details with them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Even raised a dispute with Paypal and they ruled in these scammers favour. So both have been deleted. Disgusting!

They hardly assist if you dispute a transaction.

I contacted them in regards to a dispute with GAUTH AI. GAUTH offered a 3-day trial. Before 10 minutes had passed, I tried to cancel the trial because I received a notification that the transaction was pending. Via cashapp. I received a denial, from google payments, stating the transaction was within it rights. BS! The app does not even offer a cancellation option. Contacted cash app they stated the same. Do not use GAUTH unless you continue with the service. Otherwise, you will be forced to do the trial and get ripped off. You will NOT get a refund. Or be able to cancel the subscription. For that reason, I have removed my active cards from my Google wallet. I will also be blocking the merchant. "GAUTH" has terrible scam reviews.Especially, about the trial and subscription cancellations!

Had a few issues trying to set up…

Had a few issues trying to set up Google Pay, Wallet and regarding paying on sites which offer Google Pay. Customer support was absolutely useless, don't understand the problems and consequently can't answer them.

Absolutely the worst form of pay there…

Absolutely the worst form of pay there is.

They blocked my payments and said I have to verify my account like a month ago . I have tried to verify 3 times and it says under review. I have spoken to 5 reps in their chat. I have provided my license 2 times. Still it's not working.

I have canceled my Google FI and sold my stock in the company... as they are not reliable or trust worthy. Since I can't pay on google pay the app is worthless. Is it time to move over to iphone?

They will abandon you in another country…

They will leave you in another country without money, without food, without nothing. And looks like they prefer war refugees in that meaning. Terrible experience and no human being understanding. The people working there are like robots. Their human understanding is 0! They will respond with prepared text like "we are sorry", but in reality they don't care about people in terrible situation. Awful!

this service will rob your account they have charged my account sometimes up to 15 times a day for the last 3 months and I have never subscribed to Google telegram I Owen a pixle 6 not a iPhone I have never had a ticktoc account but for some reason they feel they can charge me for over $1000 dollars 2 to 3 dollars at a time for the last 3 months. I have spent countless hours between my credit card company and Google pay to resolve the issue and have absolutely gotten NO WHERE !! I ABSOLUTELY KNOW IF I WHERE TO TAKE MONEY FROM ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WITHOUT THERE PERMISSION I WOULD BE LEGALLY PROSECUTED FOR IT. Why is it okay for Google pay to steal from me

It is convenient

It is convenient, but after my cards were frauded several times I have sinnce deleted google wallet.
I have been unable to get my money back from the last fraud, due to the bank making me jump through hoops and dance a jig if you know what I mean.
If you want to stay safe from fraud don't use it.
If you must,make sure you have the latest phone and all updates installed.

Worse than a scam

Was told a purchase was not authorized by Google workspace. I had to report this several times to several departments and Google pay refused to refund a service I did not sign up for, do not use. Horrible service!!!

Unbelievable lousy service

Unbelievable lousy service. I unknowingly paid Google £119 for a subscription to the Times (thought I was dealing direct). Google was paid the money but The Times knows nothing!

Google's greatest failure. A non-functional disservice.

Out of Googles many great services provided, this by far is their greatest failure. I dont even know why they pretend to even offer this feature, as this is really not a service rather a disservice with the amount of time I have wasted trying to make it work for me and it simply doesnt. I have not been able to make use of it despite having the service for years. There is always something wrong with the cards posted. If they are expired, I cant remove them. If they are still active, I am required to update or fix an issue. When I do either one that is required, it will not update. Instead, I will get the same old error message that Im sick and tired of seeing everytime I try to correct what is wrong, fix what is missing, delete a card expired, or complete any missing information. None of it matters. The service is worthless and useless. I have also tried using Google wallet to make any of these actions and it too has failed. Double the failure of a useless, non-functional service provide by google.

Google does not function properly it's got too big

Utterly useless system. Had my subscription a few months and lost the card that the subscription was paid from - it proved entirely impossible to either set up or pay with another card (,N26 MasterCard) it was just not possible on my mobile, and on my PC it kept going into a confirmation loop, where I was repeatedly asked to confirm via the bank app which I did - the Google system could not cope. I cancelled thesubscription and then tried to set it up from scratch to find the price hiked by one pound,,- not worth it. I went with another smaller provider with a cleaner IT interface Google is just too big and cumbersome. My advice give Google a miss
