Prams.net 

Hi!

I was scared after I saw all those negative opinions about prams net since I checked them after I ordered a product from this site. It was too late to change this decision so I had to wait what will happen.
Everything went really fine! I received my package yesterday in a perfect condition. Exactly what I wanted. I waited around 2 weeks.
For me the service was good, no problems and I can recommend this site.

Scam site!

Do not buy from them. I have spent 300 euros (Order 10300034862) and I can neither get my money back nor receive my products.
No one ever answers the phone. If you are lucky someone will answer your email a WEEK after you send it. Customer service is inexistent too.
It has been more than a MONTH! since I have paid them. The only thing that is working is the payment system.Once you buy something that's it, you've lost your money.
I hope someone will sue them. They have no right to sell anything.

Ordered a buggy and accessories on May 25th. After three weeks my items had not been shipped despite repeated promises from the vendor to do so. After I then asked for a refund the vendor stopped replying to my inquiries so I had to contact my credit card company which thankfully refunded me.

I ordered an item from here that was listed as dispatch in 5-7 days, then once ordered I heared nothing for 7 days before going back on the website and finding the item I had ordered had changed to dispatched in 2-3 weeks.
I contacted customer services (by email as the phone number does not work) and was told eventually that I would have ro wait 2 weeks before my items were dispatched. I asked for a refund as I would order the items elsewhere and they said they would refund me.
2 weeks later without a refund being issued they decided to send me the goods anyway. Next I had to sort return postage to them and send the items back to Germany. I tracked the parcel which they now have had for two weeks and still no refund.
I have now had to start a paypal claim to recover my money which they have had for about 11 weeks in total.

These people are absolutely disgusting. Do not order from them ever!

Same as the others, i never got my products that i ordered, but the money was charged of course.
Due date in a week and now extra stress and problem when i do not have all the things ready that i need...
So sad and mad at this website. Should be taken down.
No answer in phone and emails is not either answered. Just got two mails where they say its a delay but now ive been waiting for 2,5 months!

I agree with others they don't actually have the items in stock, or know the availability of the items they advertise, they take your order then when you follow up when you are never sent a shipping number, they say there is a delay, but the promise it will be sent in a 2 weeks, then when you follow up again they ignore you. Seems sneaky, and not a good way to do business.

Hopeless and unreliable. Do not ship as indicated and some websites have detailed horror stories.

I have placed an order online of a V3 3 in 1 Stroller, the shipment duration mentioned was 4 to 6 weeks, after 6 weeks i didnt received any notification that the shipment is dispatched, i emailed them no answer, and then another reminder they responded that the item will need 4 more weeks to be in stock!! my due was after 2 weeks! i had to choose any pram with the least processing time, it was 1 week. after 1 week i followed up they said it will be shipped after 5 days! i am very disappointed, each email i sent i have to send another reminder following it to get a response. I am under pressure that i wont receive any car seat nor stroller when i deliver the baby, i had to purchase a car seat just to have my things settled.
i do not recommend purchasing through prams.net at all, they do not provide accurate information, and they have problems with shipments.
until now no stroller arrived, I had wasted my money and time.

I ordered a prams from this shop saying the delivery time would be in one week. But after one week, I still hadn't received anything, no shipping info or anything ! So I called them, but no one answered! So I e-mailed them and I got told that the color I picked was sold out and they offered me another color, making sure this is time the pram was available!! But after another week, I still had no info about the product. I was just fuming! So I called them again and they said the pram would be dispatched next week and that they had problems with their supplier or something. I was so upset and wanted to cancel, but my requests were kind of ignored and I was offered discounts, which I didn't want to accept. All of this process was just taking too long and I was just more than disappointed, so I opened a paypal dispute and received my money back! I never had such a bad experience before and I will defintely never ever order from this site again! They might be cheaper than some other shops, but it seems like they don't even have thoseproducts.Theyare pretending to be something which they are not!!!!!!!!! I even found a group on Facebook called PRAMS.NETAVOID. I am not sure if I can add the link but go and have a look. There are so many comments about this shop, I shouldn't just have relied on that ekomi site, who knows if those reviews are even real!! I wish I had seen those comments on there and in those forums before and I hope I can help any future parents with this entry!!
