Avoid the prams.net as they are thieves taking advantage of hard working people. Bunch of lairs who don't have a clue about customer service. Still waiting for my refund which was 100% their mistake.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Communication terrible, impossible to get through on the phone and slow and unhelpful responses to emails. Having to battle for a refund as they sent the wrong item.

I have been trying to contact Prams team with regards to an order that I placed one month back but i had no luck. No one is answering the phone or answering my emails. I am a little concerned that the baby will come before my delivery arrives that if it arrived all. what is the best way to get the money refunded?

Saw some negative reviews online about prams.net and decided to share my experience - I ordered a product which was noted as usually dispatched in 2 weeks. I placed my order on 20th of September. After placing the order and paying, I saw the negative reviews for the first time so they made me pretty nervous and I contacted the seller to verify my order and to ask if it would be dispatched on time. They responded within 3 hours via e-mail and informed me that the order will be dispatched within the 2-week term. The product was actually dispatched a week earlier - on the 26th of September. I was able to track it with the number the seller gave me on dhl.de (not dhl.com). It arrived in five work days and was surprisingly delivered on the 2nd of October. So the whole thing took 12 days instead of the twenty days I expected. The product was well packed, it seems that everything is perfectly in shape although I still haven't used it since it is a pram and my baby is due at the end of the year.
All in all, I am very sorry that some people had negative experiences with prams.net but I am satisfied with their service.

I order a Chic 2000 Bayer 3 in 1 dolls pram for our Granddaughter's third birthday. I received my item, well packaged and in good order. I had been worried that I wouldn't receive it in time as the despatch time can take up to two weeks and delivery up to five days. I contacted the supplier to express my concerns but it arrived within 6 working days!
The pram is very well built and I am delighted with my purchase and the service I have received from Prams.net. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I have not received aĺl the items I have ordered, although they charged it completely. I have wrote already four times and no answer. Very disappointing. Poor Service.
