Absolute cowboys. Paid for a freezer and received confirmation email. Didn't hear from them again. In about a week called them, they promised to get back to me but not a word. I had to cancel transaction.

Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company. I purchased a Dyson cordless machine. Used it once to vacuum a tiled floor. Within minutes an error light was displayed! I emptied the unit and cleaned the filter to no avail. The error remained. I returned the machine within 14days. Premier are refusing to refund my money in full. They want to return the machine or refund ONLY 50% of the cost of the machine. Outrageous !!!!

I ordered a KitchenAid stand mixer on 30 Nov 2022, the website was easy to use, the order information was sent direct to DPD and I was able to track my order easily. It was delivered less than 2 days later without issue. The main reason I ordered from this company was price, they were 15% cheaper than the next lowest price I could find online for a new appliance.

Don't trust this company. I bought a coffee machine and it supposed to be delivered the next day but it didn't. This was 2 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. Every time I call they say next day will be delivered. Really don't know what to do. I will cancel my order if I don't get it by tomorrow
