Such a mixed experience with this company. After a lot of research in fridge freezers we found that Premier had best value although not cheap. Delivery was a bit ropey and had no way to rearrange the date offered. This meant it was delivered and left packaged. When packaging removed the freezer door was scratched and dented. Premier we’re great and offered either replacement product or door. We’ve asked for a new door but not heard anything since end of July. No answer on phone no callbacks and no response to numerous emails. Just really disappointed.

Excellent service, item arrived exactly as stated and at a good price. Will certainly use company again and purchase consumables for machine from them.

Ordered a coffee machine, they sent out the wrong model and informed me that they did not stock the model ordered.
Returned the item to them the next day.
3 weeks later i am still waiting for my refund and the company are uncontactable, to the point they have even picked the phone up and put it down on me.
I have spoken to a really lovely lady who was very helpful and pleasant, that has not got me my refund though.

Premier Appliances haven't delivered in the time specified and are not replying to email or phone messages.

The delivery of an american style fridgefreezer into my kitchen was extremely difficult.The 2 delivery men who got it in were amazing.Persisted when many would have given in.The delivery was the stand out point of my experience but everything has been perfect.Fantastic price best by far and I looked everywhere.

Did a lot of research to get the right FridgeFreezer, and then found it much cheaper at Premier than anywhere else. Order handled promptly without snags, delivery was quick. Beautiful machine now proudly in my kitchen. Wife very happy. Marriage safe for now...

I rang for details of a high-end coffee machine I had seen for sale by Premier Appliances online and which was at a price greatly discounted from the MRSP, the person with whom I spoke (on two occasions) could not have been more helpful, he was friendly and knowledgeable and although ultimately I decided upon a Jura machine a couple of models up from the one about which I had initially enquired (and for sale at almost £600 below MRSP!), his help was very valuable; after placing my order, my machine was despatched promptly and arrived just three days later. Faultless service.

First time I've ordered from this company, having found an item I was looking for at a much lower price than anywhere else. On placing an order, the service throughout was impeccable. Within a couple of hours I received notification it was being picked up by courier for next day delivery, following which the item arrived with no issues. Many thanks!

Absolute joke of a company!

Ordered a Haier Fridge Freezer and over a month ago and still waiting for confirmation of delivery! Before I ordered I called and spoke to Sean. I told him that I lived on the 1st floor flat to make sure that there would be no issues with delivery. I was told that all their delivery partners use three man delivery so they will have no issues delivering the appliance. This was not the case as the delivery was refused twice by their delivery partners.

Promised a call back every time I call in. Need to get more competent staff who can deal with customers who have paid large sums of money for appliances they haven't recieved.

After false promises of them using a new delivery company for nearly 4 weeks they've decided to refund me. Not very ideal when I've got rid of my old appliances over 3 weeks ago!

This company is a joke and really need to look at how they are treating customers. Since when did 'taking the p***' become swearing at their staff? This was just an excuse not to deliver my item and take the easy route of refunding me.

Very Happy.
They were offering a good price for the appliance I wanted.... Order was easy to place, and a receipt was sent quickly. They arranged delivery with the company 'Furdeco' who did a great job.
Whenever I spoke to Premierappliances they did not keep me hanging on the phone, but answered straight away. They were very nice to talk to and answered any questions with knowledge & competence.
My order came quickly by Furdeco and was just what I wanted....Thank you all.
