This company are awful they are rude ignorant and are out to just fleece you. Between them and wowcher they are just con artists falsely selling you a product which they then demand hundreds of pounds on top to actually book the break and when you request a refund within your 14 day change of mind period you are just ignored and refused. DO NOT TOUCH THESE OR WOWCHER THEY ARE AWFUL.

I had bought on Wowcher via a 3rd party trusted merchant as you had called it a holiday to Riga. The merchant- Prime Holiday is now refusing to book my trip and requesting more money if I want to book a holiday. Upon further inquiry I found out that this travel agency has been scamming people via Wowcher for a long time and nobody is held accountable. Now I am due to lose £298 for trusting a company that I had booked many holidays, trips, restaurants deals before with no issues.
I checked the trip that they offered me included in the initial price and those flights offered do NOT EXIST !!!
When I messaged them about it and provided evidence on those flights, they said they are closing my claim and that I won’t get a refund.

I am just sorry I didn't read the reviews before I booked a 3 day break to krakow through woucher . Woucher took my money for a holiday that didn't exist now prime holidays want another £288 just to rebook it . Its a total scam . And I can't even get through to them on the phone or emails there not answering the phone or replying to my email .. please avoid there scam artists 🤬

absolutely shocking! 2 months now,, no email, call nothing! My holiday to Florence is now ruined to see relatives due to the incompetence staff and company! now spoken to trade and standards and a solicitor regarding this! they upgraded my deal and changed flights! if I didn't check my Ryanair flight for check in I would be at the airport stranded as the dates are different to prime holidays confirmation. DO NOT TOUCH WOWCHER OR THIS SO CALLED COMPANY! Ill be taking to the cleaners.

It seems that any attractive deals you might choose from Wowcher, advertised at unbeatable prices, are merely an incentive. The ultimate objective is to get you to a point where you end up paying more.

I bought a Wowcher code earlier this month, and over the past three weeks, my experience with both Wowcher and Prime Holidays has been extremely disappointing. After several attempts to reach Prime Holidays, I finally managed to get through yesterday. During the call, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional amount to secure my holiday booking because the original offer had sold out.

It feels as though they deliberately avoid answering calls until those cheaper deals are no longer available. Since I had already made significant preparations, including arranging my travel to London for the flight and organizing childcare, I had no choice but to pay the extra amount.

Interestingly, once I agreed to pay the additional fee, the representative became much more attentive and readily available. This experience has left me with the impression that Prime Holidays is unprofessional and primarily focused on extracting more money from customers.

Please, do not engage with them. Stay away!

Prime holidays booked the wrong outbound flight and just told us it was ryanairs fault. we are £500 down don't book with them.

I really hope people will read the reviews before going on buying trips with these people. Absolutely awful!
Bought 3 tickets for 4th November over a month ago.
No communication from Prime Holidays whatsoever, no one answers calls, emails, nothing. Wowcher as useless as anything!

Not leaving like that-even if I lose money, will get this company shaken. I’ve contacted solicitor as well as trade standards, consumer rights. We’ve given till end of this week, and following week all guns blazing.
Can’t believe how ignorant Wowcher is calling them “trusted source”.

Please do not purchase travel provided by Prime Holidays

I purchased a holiday package from Wowcher, provided by Prime Holidays, and have had an awful experience. After redeeming my voucher on 8th October 2023, I was supposed to be contacted by Prime Holidays within 2 days, as per the contract. It is now well past that date, and despite sending multiple emails, texts, and even leaving voicemails, I have received no response whatsoever from Prime Holidays. They appear to be completely uncontactable.

Worse yet, despite raising these concerns with Wowcher, I have received no meaningful support. The entire situation feels like dealing with a ghost organisation, with neither Prime Holidays nor Wowcher providing the necessary customer service or assistance to resolve this issue.

I am now within my 14-day statutory period to request a refund, as outlined by UK consumer law, and have requested a refund due to breach of contract. The lack of communication and accountability from both Wowcher and Prime Holidays is extremely disappointing, and I would advise anyone considering this deal to be cautious.

I will hope that refund will go smooth I will have to take it with trading standard and Atol

Avoid this company at all costs! Redeemed a Wowcher holiday with them which they did not deliver. Once they had my money they ignored all calls, when I used a different number they would then fob me off or end the call. They still have £50 of my money. DISHONEST, UNTRUSTWORTHY, and SCAMMERS!

Absolutely awful customer service refusing a refund or a holiday after paying nearly £200 for a holiday that was “sold out” very little communication and impossible to contact.

DO NOT BOOK with Prime Holidays or Wowcher! The trips they advertise do not exist and they will ask you for more money for more trips that do not exist. Avoid at all costs!

Due to fly to Turkey (not the original 5star all inc to Rhodes I originally bought- and ended up costing me more) in 3 days but just checked flight status and it has been cancelled - and not by wizz air - therefore must have been cancelled by prime.
Unfortunately I cannot get in contact with prime via phone, email, request forms etc.
been trying for 24 hours now.
However I have noticed they have been responding to good reviews that have been left, just 5 hours ago.
Can’t get any joy from Wowcher either.
I want a full refund for the whole of my trip, otherwise I am taking legal action.

Do not book with Prime Holidays as neither the hotels or flight times are as advertised. When the booking is confirmed there are additional costs associated with booking exactly what you had expected. They also will absolutely NOT refund even when they have not yet booked any part of the holiday themselves. Stay away

Bought holiday on wowcher. When trying to book additional costs of £199 per person plus £10 admin fee. Worse still the wowcher had two hotels one excellent and other rubbish, got offered rubbish hotel, told if wanted excellent one I’d have to pay extra £499 per person for a holiday I bought for £387 for two people. It’s a scam. Now struggling to cancel and get my refund. Never booking on wowcheragain.

I bought on 6th August Turkey holiday ,( today is 16th September ) with Prime holiday on Wowcher . Very difficult to communicate with the travel agent , still nothing booked . I have been requesting since 20th August to cancel my holiday and to receive a full refund. Nothing has been booked & as stated on the terms and conditions I am with in my right and 14 days.

HONEY POT SCAM. do not buy from wowcher. Once purchased they ignore your requests to cancel within 48hrs. They deliberately wait till after the 48hrs auto redeem to get back to you to bump up the prices. Asked for an additional £450 on top of what was paid. Despite explaining my consumer rights regarding the 14-day cooling-off period, I have been repeatedly told that cancellation is not possible.

Terrible company to deal with.
A complete lack of professionalism, customer care and communication.
After booking an Amsterdam break I was informed that the return journey would involve a stopover in Munich before continuing to Edinburgh.
The entire journey would take in the region of 13hrs.
When I said this was not acceptable I was refused a refund and basically fobbed off.

If it sounds too good to be true...then it is. Feel very foolish to have fallen for this scam. The scam is....they offer you a deal but it doesn't say direct flights. So deal to Marrakech actually was via Lisbon also the specified hotel offered on Wowcher was not given. They then want you to pay extra for direct flights or alternative dates. On discovering the scam I decided to accept the basic deal instead of losing my money as they will NOT refund. Guess what...there is no deal!!!!! Not even offering me the deal via Lisbon anymore. Not prepared to give this company another penny to make good. AVOID THE SCAM! Their voicemail is full, so you can't speak to them either. Shocking company and Wowcher should be ashamed to deal with these con artists.

PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE.
IF book with prime holidays ( depending on how desperate you are) they will try and make you fork out even more, and they wont give you a refund they will send you around in circles till the cows come home or you give up.
Wowcher and atol is allowing them to rip people off, I tried making a claim through atol but I can't see how to report a travel agency only the airport or the airline

Terrible. If I could have give less than 1 star I would. Got scammed by this company last month via Wowcher. Selling holidays that aren't as advertised. Ended up being held to ransom and forced to pay almost 4x the amount flights would have been if I'd have booked with the airline myself. Made a complaint - no one responds. I don't believe this is a proper company. Very unprofessional! Disgusting service - Do not use!!!
