This is a SCAM company
This is a SCAM company. They have a scam going with Wowcher advertising discounted holidays. They send you the travel arrangements that are nothing like the advertisement. When you cancel and request a refund they refuse- breaking consumer law. Do not buy any voucher from Wowcher that mentions their 'trusted partner ' Prime Holidays- it's a rip off a SCAM to get more money out of you in 'Additional charges '. DON'T BUY !
They are absolutely useless they will…
They are absolutely useless they will not answer the phone then they promise to ring you back and never do they are the worst travel company I’ve ever dealt with never again avoid at all cost
Absolute scam
Bought a 2 night trip to Florence thru wowcher. Prime holidays emailed and said they would confirm. Waited 3 days for email with totally unacceptable flights. We are in the UK and flight offered was from Stockholm! Prime holidays always have their answerphone on, so you can't get to speak to them. Emailed to cancel under the 14 day guarantee. Wowcher said the merchant should refund, and Prime said wowcher. So a game,of ping pong. Going to wait a couple of days and then threaten them with legal action. The advertised holiday was not available. Flights were ridiculous. And wanted to change more for, another hotel. Absolute shower . Never again. I live in hope I can get a refund
Prime Holidays are Thieves and Fraudsters
Do not book with this company. I too bought a voucher for a two night holiday in Amsterdam. When I spoke to them they wanted an extra £300. Wowcher won’t refund me because the voucher was redeemed but the company wouldn’t speak to me until they had received the redeemed voucher details. I am going around in circles. The only option they have given us within the voucher is a flight to Eindhoven, two hours away, and the return flight is via Munich. Wowcher are still advertising this holiday. They are fraudsters. Do not book, do not waste your money. Customer services are just plain rude. They don’t care because they know they are not going to return your money. I think I’m going to go to the press. I will never use Wowcher or Living Social again as they know the company lies but they are still advertising this holiday.
Don’t give them any money, you will just be depositing cash in a fraudsters bank account that you will never see again.

Woucher/Prime holidays SCAM…
Brought a £350 woucher.Unable to use as prime Holidays do not respond to calls and emails. Waste of my money. Woucher refusing refund me.
Absolutely disgusting.
Horrendous experience, avoid at all costs
Horrendous experience. I bought a voucher from wowcher for 3 nights in Rhodes, all inclusive, 5* hotel for an amazing deal. Too good to be true springs to mind. Voucher was redeemed same day yet it took 5 days for Prime Holidays to get in touch. Giving limited options that were completely different to what we had purchased or listening to any of our preferred dates or airport. After calling them multiple times, they refused to speak with me on the phone stating that their contact is via email only. What an absolute! I have been dealing with a lady called Deepika who has told me to contact Wowcher who are telling me to contact Prime Holidays. This voucher has been an absolute shambles. It takes so long for the agent to respond we now are being told we have no options unless we pay a further £250 per person! Absolutely appalling. If I could give 0 stars that would be more accurate for their Customer service and overall experience. I am still without being able to get a refund or booking a holiday. Anyone looking to book this voucher avoid at all costs.

Brought a wowcher & what a mistake that was. I have been requesting since yesterday to cancel my holiday & to receive a full refund. Nothing has been booked & as stated on the terms & conditions I am with in my right & 14 days. I have been dealing with a lady called Deepika who has told me to contact Wowcher who are telling me to contact Prime Holidays. I am leaving this review to warn others not to full for this sham. I will be taking this further with trading standards & my bank if my refund is not issued. Absolutely appalling.
I wish I could put no reviews
I wish I could put no reviews, I stupidly booked a voucher through whatsapp and had to purchase two. When I was told the travel provider I instantly requested a refund, but due to one being redeemed it had to go to Prime Holidays. I have called them and each time they hang up on me. When someone finally spoke to me they said its nothing they can do as they didn't actually book anything in but because it says redeemed wowcher won't help. Listen to the reviews and stay clear of Prime Holidays, its clear they are a scam
Booked through wowcher
Booked through wowcher, last year, still no one has been in contact with me.
Scam!!!! DO NOT BOOK A CITY BREAK WITH THIS COMPANY
Me and my partner booked a 4 night trip away and when we were put in contact with Prime Holidays we encountered this scam. They tell you fake flights and sell a fake non existent holiday to get more money of of you, their customer service flat out lie to you and are impossible to get hold of. There is mumtiple pages on facebook and their other trust pilot page with hundreds of people who have also been scammed (check these out). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company doesn't deserve even a star, I bought a 3-day holiday to Turkey through woucher after this i booked a 3-day holiday to Turkye, I tried to get my conformation of my purchase but each call is a different person and different story. After all, you will lose your money if you do the same mistake as me. This company is a scam, do not book any holiday woucher or not its a scam.
Avoid like the plague!!
Avoid like the plague!!! Tried to charge through the roof prices after I booked through wowcher. And weren't even to where I was supposed to go.
Avoid this company
Bought a voucher to go to Prague on specific dates from Wowcher for Prime Holidays. I redeemed the voucher back in February and they said they would be un touch in a couple of days. It took them until June to contact me. By which obviously the 14 day cancellation period is over. They tried to pressure me to spend extra money on the voucher on the phone and I said I would only communicate via email so I have everything in writing. I had to chase them to send an email. They offered three options. 2 and 3 asked for extra money. Option 1 included flights that didn’t exist and required a late departure and an early leaving time. But these flights do not exist after some investigation. So they can’t be booked. I have asked for flight numbers and no response. 6 weeks to go and nothing booked despite repeatedly asking to just have what we paid for. Next step is to report them to Trading Standards and legal challenge today. Wowcher shouldn’t be advertising these holidays or have anything to do with Prime Holidays as they are so underhand. Please contact me Prime Holidays. Everyone should avoid this company like the plague.
Terrible company.
Terrible company.
Still waiting for a refund from 5 days ago. Sold me a fake holiday and tried to send me to different countries.
Point blank refused and ignored when activated my 14 day clause. Never received any help towards this. They told me my dates weren't available and will not give me my money back.
They are now saying the dates are available after I've asked for my refund and want me to pay £70 extra pp.
These are a scam company and have continued to do so.
Do not order from here. I still have not received any further help.
I am being passed around from wowcher to these blaming each other.

Check gov website - misleading customers.
As all the reviews before, dodgy as f@&*. I booked Amsterdam deal for two days. They actually thought we would go via Dublin and on to Rotterdam 😂😂 NOT actually Amsterdam at all. 100 miles away! We’d have to pay more to go direct to Amsterdam 😂 No, I don’t think so. I threatened legal action. (CHECK GOV WEBSITE - MISLEADING CUSTOMERS). They soon understood I meant business. Got the actual deal we wanted. Don’t be a victim of these charlatans.
AVOID
AVOID. We purchased a Wowcher offer for Budapest fulfilled by Prime Holidays. We purchased this fully aware that the bargain price meant late notice travel, specific midweek flights etc.
We have been trying to arrange to take this trip since January. Every time we get through to someone on the phone, they say they will follow up with an email and then the communication just drops off. We have sent a list of dates that we are available including whole months where we can be flexible and have been told that Budapest is not an option for these dates but perhaps Paris or Venice would suit - places that are going to be expensive when we arrive, and not the point of purchasing the voucher. I'd love my money back, but if T&Cs mean that's impossible then I'd just like to book my holiday. Prime Holidays - please reach out to arrange.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Not even worth 1 star. Purchased a Wowcher offer for Budapest fulfilled by Prime Holidays. Firstly they didn’t contact me, I had to call them. Flights are appalling should be 2 nights 29th-31st of July. We would actually arrive at midnight on the 29th/30th. Not willing to offer any alternatives. No booking has been made and no service has been provided and yet refused refund despite official cancellation given within 2 days. Absolute scam artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Booked wowcher trip with prime holidays
Booked a wowcher trip before Xmas 2023, for Aug 2024 for a treat for my daughters bday. Its was a bargain on just 1 date in Aug. So paid for it, did like I've done many times with wowcher and waited for them to contact me in 2 days to finalise. Didn't hear nowt, finally got hold of them a week later. Was told over and over again to wait for seats to be cone available. 6 months this went on. Many times trying to contact them, without hearing for weeks at a time. Finally after 6months, after emailing to say this needs sorting, to be told, they can book room, but there's no flights and need to sort myself. When I'd paid for return flights, room and breakfast which was in the price I paid. Got asked if could change dates, said yes ad long as don't pay more as price I paid. Got told I would need to pay extra, so I said no. I contacted wowcher who got me in touch with them. They sorted flights but where terrible times and on way back would have to go somewhere else before back to Stansted. Which meant missing alot of time at Rome. Then after not being happy with that either, offered if could do different dates, again I would have to pay more, so said nope. So still didn't get anywhere, and week later after ignore my messages again, got a call, after 20/30mims on call, was offered a UK trip instead, or speak to wowcher. I felt pressure, So said about London. I felt rushed into agreeing, and wasn't offered to think about it. So just agreed and after and after speaking to my daughter, realised I'd been taken for a bloody mug, for a 1 night stay in London, instead of the 2 nights in Rome we should of been going on. Now after contacting them again and explaining this, they won't change it as I excepted the email, even tho felt told them felt pressured to it. So I'm out of pocket, and daughter don't want to go London and wowcher and prime are not helping 😡
Poor
Poor, booked via wowcher, bad customer service all round. Given dates to holiday and asked to pay extra
