This company must be avoided at all…

This company must be avoided at all cost and Wowcher using them knowing that customer's complain alot about them is outrageous. Booked them for a trip to Italy, called and they're requesting for more money and refused to refund and Wowcher is as useless as them to be honest. Both company should be avoided at all cost.

Scam company

One star is even too much for this company. A Wowcher voucher that should be avoided at all costs. They have booked a hotel for my sister and 1, two ladies in their mid seventies, and reviews say it is in a rough area, clothes and money have been stolen and manager not available. Also I asked to be near metro as my sister can't walk far and you have to get a bus to metro. It was supposed to be a treat for my sister. Ended up paying more and now they said that if you want it changed it's another £350! that's the cost of hotel accommodation which I have already paid for. It's their fault they chose this hotel...the five hotels I had checked were strangely unavailable. They have no understanding and can only repeat the same thing that is when you can get to speak to them. E mails go unanswered. A complete rip off. Easier to book own flights and accommodation from booking.com and I would have saved nearly £300! If anything happens to us when we are there then it will be their fault using such a sub standard hotel. Still as long as they are raking it in they don't care. AVOID.

Absolutely no customer service

Absolutely no customer service, take your money then took several phone calls to get to speak to someone,
Our circumstances change as one of us was diagnosed with cancer! So contacted them to cancel as was too ill to fly.
And no compassion at all??
They said its out of our hands and nothing they could do??
We even paid extra for better flights them was told it changed and no refund??
Absolutely disgusting customer service and very rude employees that we spoke to.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!@

more trouble than it's worth

NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!!
first off, I didn't hear back off them after redeeming my vouchers, then they made every little thing a problem, they were trying to charge me an extra 65 pp for flights, when I told them. they were only 52 to book myself they told me I wouldn't be able to book it and I would have to book their flights or they won't be able to provide me with my hotel. in order to get hold of them I would have to call 25 times, getting through on the 26th, if you try and email they won't reply. the only time I got a reply is by setting the email as high importance and requesting a read receipt. if they tell you they will call you back... they won't. I fell for that way too many times. it is now 2 weeks before flight and my passenger middle name is wrong, it is the abbreviation. when I've tried to change this they've tried to charge me £110, when Wizz air clearly states abbreviations are free to alter. they aren't giving me the information needed to do this change myself on Wizz air, as to make changes on Wizz air I need their email/phone number used when booking... nothing is ever simple. they are now claiming they've been emailing me and its bouncing back, when I told them I have been emailing back to every email received they didn't have much to say about this.
I am managing a full time degree and a full time job with a lot less stress than this 2-day trip has caused me!!
just don't bother, its cheaper to book it yourself and they are the most unhelpful people ever. I have had contact with at least 5 different employees and none of them have helped me.

Scam

Scam , avoid!

Very misleading. £59 trip cost an additional £79 per person just for the privilege of a direct flight back from Budapest to London (the £59 price supposedly meant indirect flights that stopped at Milan airport for a couple of hours) total scam to make more money. It would have been about 30% cheaper to book it myself I later discovered. Do not use this company. Oh also! Once they had my money I found communicating with them extremely difficult. May last question they didn’t even respond to which was where can I find the flight information for my second passenger? They never responded at all and I had to seek assist from the airline direct which again incurred further fees…

An absolute joke of a company!

An absolute joke of a company!! Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves using this “holiday company”.
Initially, they want us to have a 9 hour layover on our return flight, was told that they’d get back in touch with different flights, they never did. No response from our emails, finally got through on the phone, they said they would phone back with what options we have as the original holiday wasn’t available now, they didn’t. We phoned them again, we wanted a refund by this point and they refused but we were told the manager would phone back in 30 minutes, he/she never did, the next day we’re phoning them again and now they’re not answering the phone!! Money lost!! Time lost!! Scam!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

This company has been totally unhelpful

Booking with this company is a very bad idea . We booked a 3 day break to lake garda .First we found it difficult to get them to answer phone or emails . So I osted on here asking if anyone had similar problem
When we did make contact we wanted to arrange transfers as we have mobility issues . They were totally unhelpful and then pointed out basically we were flying into Milan and then we were on our own . So in my mind that is not taking us on a 3 day break to lake garda . It is a long and expensive transfer from Milan to lake Garda and we would struggle to do it without a set transfer . There is no bus transfers , taxis would be ridiculously expensive and we struggle to do trains. Therefore a claimed that they had mis sold the holiday and asked for a full refund . Of course they totally refused and basically said take the holiday or lose all of our money already paid . I will leave you to judge for yourselves if this company sounds like someone you wish to do business with !

SCAM! STAY AWAY

After purchasing £200 worth of Wowcher Amsterdam holidays they’ve done nothing but demand more money for direct flights otherwise your staying in some other country for 5hrs so a 45 minute flight is over 7hrs in total with a 2hr travel on top to the hotel so loose a whole day! if I didn’t wish to take that option I would have to pay extra £59 or £89 after being told it’s in the t&cs that it’s subject to availability which is bull crap as it had availability due to me being able to choose the chosen day i did 😂 and i can buy a whole new flight direct to Amsterdam that same day but they can’t?
with little responses or none at all don’t bother wasting money on this fraudulent company. I have started a fraudulent claim with my bank!

How about get a real job scamming twits

Stay clear of Prime holidays with…

Booked Dublin holiday via Wowcher with prime holidays m, only to be told they wanted an extra £89 pp to fly direct, they offered me to fly from UK to Barcelona with 5 hour delay then fly to Dublin. But could offer direct flight if paid extra. This is fraud. They offered refund only credit for prime holiday. Or one night stay in a Manchester hotel. Not happy I should be allowed cash refund as they advertised incorrectly and try their luck to get more money. Lady name Zoe was dealing with this but doesn’t answer the direct phone line and then I wait over a week for reply off email. Still no joy 🥲 can’t believe Wowcher allow these on their site, won’t use either again

Prime Holidays/Wowcher Scam

I am appalled that Wowcher is supporting this scam company and taking commission for all the bookings despite all of the complaints from customers who haven't received the holidays they've paid for. On 5th November 2023 I purchased a holiday to Budapest with Prime Holidays via Wowcher. The holiday was due to start on 23rd November 2023 but there was no contact from Prime Holidays and no holiday received. Despite numerous complaints to Wowcher and emails to Prime Holidays, I still have not been refunded as at 09/02/24. I have therefore just filed a Trading Standards form with Citizens Advice and requested a Chargeback claim from my credit card company.

Now had the scam call from Prime Holidays

Now had the scam call from Prime Holidays. Knowing the fraud they were about to attempt, I recorded it. They did the usual, told me my flight to Amsterdam would arrive after 10pm, but to Eindhoven Aiport!
Can you imagine getting to Amsterdam from the other end of Holland at that time of night? And the flight goes direct from Stansted but takes off at 6.50pm - I know it doesn't take 3 hours to reach Holland, unless the plane has propellors and was made before the second world war.
Prime Holidays are part of PTC Travel whose ATOL licence is used to perpetrate this scam.
The recording will be going to ATOL, Action Fraud and will be shared widely online.
Dodgy doesn't cover it.

prime holidays

Book trip to Milan last year and should have went on the 3rd Feb. Only due to complaining about not recieving documentation the company booked flights with Wizzair (pretty crap airline) and a hotel at the ass end of nowhere with an option for either a bus or taxi (80 euro and no metro) into Milan. The company is a joke and when back around Romford Road I will be visiting them.
The biggest shock is Wowcher endorsed such a crooked cowboy company
