not very good
ok. But few cities and no reliable. For instance, Buenos Aires VPN server is offering brazilian IPs, so there is no Argentinian VPN Server.

A very positive experience
The connection is very stable and the system is easy to instal and user friendly. I have been using it now for over a year.
Before I bought the subscription I used the free test version for 3 months (limited data only) and the paid version held what the test version promised.

From time to time Privado does not…
From time to time Privado does not allow access to some sites. When this happens I have to stop the attempt and close down Privado. Then I return to the site and when it's up and running I re-activate Privado. There doesn't seem to be any issues with access after that.

I couldn't connect to the paid version…
I couldn't connect to the paid version of theVPN, but was able to connect to the free version. I wanted to log in to see if the purchase went through, but I only received a message saying error come back later. When I looked up customer service, there wasn't a number I could call, I clicked on customer support and Chinese writing came up.I called my card company and I had already been issued a refund. It's OK, I bought another one.

Unbeatable
you can't beat the price and the swiss based location. I subscribed for three whole years but I would have done more if I had the chance. Certainly avoid the US based ones.

The VPN works fine
The VPN works fine, is easy to use and has plenty of sites. But sometimes web pages do not load and I have to cancel the VPN to view them, otherwise would give it 5 stars
