I really had minimal expectations of this, I have a little dog and am always conscious of how the house smells. THIS REALLY cleared the air, I don’t smell any traces of a dog in my house with this at all.

SCAM!!! I was not satisfied emailed back and forth said to return in same condition and I would be refunded. Same package only opened one and when repacked couldn’t tell I opened it. Paid for return and they have ghosted me. I can not even get them to acknowledge my emails

This is absolutely a game changer. I plugged it in an a few hours later I don't smell dog

I was surprised by how small they are and how good they work. The urine smell was gone in 2-3 days I wish they were bigger but they are good.

Getting their Pet Air Purifier has done wonders for the smell at home but I'm most satisfied with the deal that we managed to get by buying multiple units.

Works like a charm! I was very skeptical at first but I was desperate to get rid of the puppy smell so I made the purchase. So happy that I did!!

With a family of 6 dogs it works great do feel disappointed that they did not come with wall plug ins. I bought 10 so it would have been great to be able to use them immediately instead of going out to purchase some.

These air filters are great. My son recently brought home a kitten, and is keeping her in his bedroom. The litterbox is in the closet to keep the kitten and the box away from our dogs when we are not home to supervise. You can imagine what that having a litterbox in your bedroom closet smells like! Unless we are in the room when the cat uses the box, this filter is totally handling the smell.

Scamming at its finest! China products! Garbage for sale at $70 a pop! Beware!! I attempted to cancel my order a day or two after purchase and after finding these reviews. I was told my “order already shipped and couldn’t be cancelled”. I immediately asked for the tracking information and was ignored. It wasn’t shipped for a week after that conversation and arrived the SCAM everyone claimed it to be. The hassle to return it is ridiculous. After several back and forths with them, I contacted my CC company and explained what happened (with proof and copies of other similar reviews). They immediately reversed the charge. I got back my $130 and they were probably out $2 AT MOST in inventory.

I ordered from this company in February 2024 multiple purifiers and filters. When I received the item they were not what I expected. They were very small. I immediately contacted them to return and get a refund, which I did. I had to file a dispute with PayPal because they were not refunding me, ultimately they only gave me half of the refund and I am still waiting on other half which they emailed that they were processing it on April 16 and I still have not received. I have been waiting on a refund since February 2024.

I have only positive things to say about the brand to be honest. The Pet air purifier is great, I got 3 of them. They were clear and kept me updated via email. I guess when people are happy they don’t usually bother to leave a review
