Puppymothers 

I ordered a air purifier from puppymothers. I didn’t even get a receipt or order number from them. I e-mailed them they said no order found but they sure did charge my cc. I had to call the dispute department at my bank cause u can’t get in touch with them. They won’t answer their phone or e-mail u back This is a BIG SCAM! Don’t order from them!

Sent back products for refund. Sent them my tracking # said they refunded in my PayPal acct on March 17th but haven’t received yet.

BEWARE!!!! Paid for product and never received it. Many emails sent they say they can't find my order information.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS With THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased the air purifier and filters from puppy mothers and received them two weeks ago. (01/24) I found another product I liked better and I have been trying to return this product.
The return process is not transparent and excessive. The company responds by emails only with negotiations for a percentage off to my numerous requests for the return instructions.
I finally received written return directions after four email requests.
I was instructed to take photos of the products, uploading them to the computer and answer more questions. The direction's now is I would immediately receive a return label by email.
The company’s 30 day return policy will force me to keep a $250 purifier and filters because the company has already taking at least 5 days to produce the directions. I am waiting for the immediate return label 36 hour later.
Feeling ripped off

I really wish I would have come here before ordering. I placed an order and was told 7-10 business days for shipping. I’m now on day 22 and I emailed last week and was told it shipped. I said my tracking info does not show that and the person told me they would find out. I asked them to cancel my order. So this week comes around and I still haven’t heard and tracking still doesn’t show it has shipped. I email and tell them to cancel my order, get a response that they cannot cancel it because it has already shipped. Check again and it still shows order placed.
Save yourself the time and money and go buy air fresheners. This is a scam and I’m now disputing it with my cc company

I ordered 3 of these to put in different places close to the puppy pee pads! They are smaller than I imagined but that's ok! I ordered extra filters which last a long time! They do come with a short charger like everything else you buy nowadays, but I had the square things already plugged into the wall and got longer cords which were perfect! No more smells whatsoever! These have worked great for me!

I purchased three of the air purifiers and didn't open them right away. One was broken right out of the box. It runs for two minutes then stops. One stopped working after a week. I found one of the fan blades had broken off. I never took the third one out of the box. They refuse to allow me to return them.

I am so sick and tired of being scammed and attempts to scam me… These things are about the size of a soft drink (Soda, Pop) can!
Absolutely impossible for them to “Filter” any amount of odor that a dog can emit…..You would need the equivalent a consider amount more of these cute little Barbie-sized gizmos to show a reasonable effectiveness…..Oh, maybe that is exactly what they are thinking…..9

Product never arrived.
Customer service never helped and never answered.
Scam.
Avoid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have tried emailing multiple times to cancel an order (they have no phone). Calling bank to dispute. SCAM

Never order from this company! You never get a real person to talk to only an email address. I repeatedly asked them to cancel my order which they responded and said they would. Order arrived. Extremely small units. Emailed as soon as I received about returning. A week later I’m still waiting for my return label. My latest email stated that the return had to be approved. Today I emailed again & received a response stating it hasn’t been approved yet.

This company is a scam!

This product is false advertising. The product is much smaller than shown in pictures. It runs off of a very short USB cord and is so light weight it tips over. Inconvenient and did nothing to freshen air. Do not buy. Having trouble reaching anyone to make a return and get money back. NO response from customer service.

Deceptive. False advertising. Units are much smaller than advertised. The cord is a USB cord and only 12” long. Impossible to get a straight answer to return- always a canned answer, offering more and more discount instead of return, finally suggesting return required to UK. Don’t buy from this company!
