Puretree has been a pure joy to deal with. They have been incredibly helpful, and prompt, with all requests and orders. The products I ordered are high quality and I will be definitely ordering from them again and again and again.

Prompt service and we love the products we bought from Puretree. Because I missed an item off my original order I had to phone and ask if the missing item could be sent on the same delivery: again quick and courteous response.
The only reason for dropping one ⭐️- and I accept this may not be reasonable - is the high cost of delivery. I mentioned this ‘drawback’ when I spoke to them. I was told that this was due to the need to palletise all deliveries (and that they lose money on every one, even at a £60 cost). Obviously neither of us wanted the hassle of damaged goods in delivery. My problem is that mine was a very small project so the delivery made a very big difference to my costs. I guess my point is that I might not have even considered this product (for a small bathroom) had I been aware at the outset of the cost of delivery.

Products were well packed so arrived in perfect condition, promptly and as expected. Perfect for sound insulation and easy to handle.

Love the cork bathmats. The feel very safe, non slip and warm. Also look good!

Can't fault either the company or the product. They responded well, delivery was prompt and the product looks great now it's down. My only criticism would be the cost of shipping. We only needed 3 packs of floating cork but delivery seems to be £60 however much or little you order. Makes a small job like ours quite expensive.

The only quality cork mats to be found with a proper thickness of 19mm

Puretree gave thoughtful and comprehensive advice about installation of cork in small bathrooms over wonky floorboards. The delivery was prompt and we can't wait to instal it and get the feel of it under our feet.

Really helpful advice on the phone (suggested a very similar product which was in stock immediately), and they arranged delivery on a date to suit at my request. Several free samples made choosing easy. Couldn’t ask for better service - especially in the middle of the national lockdown - and the product (Wicanders Essence) is beautiful quality. Now all I need to do is fit it...!

Helpful and friendly, good stock and prices

I had been looking for a thick and robust cork shower mat for some time;this one is unusual in that it is 19 mm thick-all the others on offer from other retailers are 15 mm thick or less and quite flimsy.Including carriage this one is not cheap but to find a high quality product like this is worth paying for.Service was swift and the item was sent next day courier.
