Brilliant from start to finish. Honestly took about 2 weeks from initial consultation to fitting! Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient, I even had a minor problem with the boiler and they came back the day after I called them and got it fixed in no time. Can’t fault them.

Thanks to Linda for getting the ball rolling with our grant. The surveyors arrived the following week and we had our underfloor insulation put in yesterday by Bruce. Today Mick the Electrician did his part and Jim and Stuart came and fitted the boiler. Each individual phoned to say when they would be with us - and they were there at the specific time. All the staff are an absolute credit to Qualis and I will have absolutely no hesitation recommending them. Extremely tidy workers too and they took away all the old materials. Many thanks. Truly grateful - and a fabulous price too.

The installation of a combi boiler to replace an old conventional boiler was done in a day without any problems and no mess.
Jim and Stewart did a great job.
Thanks too to Andy for getting the ECO funding in place to allow the cost to be around a third of the cost based on quotes I already from major gas suppliers.

Survey just over a week ago, underfloor insulation and new boiler been fitted this week at a 3rd of the price it would have been thanks to this scheme. Boiler fitters Jim and Stewart were excellent, didn't even stop for a break all day! We went from an old floor standing boiler to new combi, they removed all old fittings and cleared everything away after themselves. We couldn't get the heating to work so messaged them and electrician Mick back the next day to resolve. Definitely recommend.

We have just had our underfloor insulation and new gas boiler fitted this week by the fantastic Qualis team. We couldn’t fault them from Brad knocking on our door, then Mark doing his checks for the insulation, Danny doing his gas checks, the lads who installed the insulation worked so well together and got the job done in no time. Today we had Stewart and his brother fitting the new boiler, they too worked so well together and were so cheerful and last but not least the electrician who put the new electrical box in (sorry didn’t get his name) All were a pleasure to have in the house, very efficient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The guys all explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. All this for a considerably low price thanks to the government initiative. We would strongly recommend so if you get a knock at the door with the offer of a discounted boiler if you take free insulation, although it sounds too good to be true it is actually genuine, so check it out online before you dismiss it. Had a new Boiler and 6 Radiators fitted yesterday, the fitters Jim & Stuart were superb, very mannerly and nice clean & tidy work. Big thanks to them and all the Qualis Team who were great through the whole process from Survey to final Installation. Cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

Had a boiler fitted under the grant Scheme last August. Contacted qualis as we felt the heating was not powerful enough to heat the house properly. They were brilliant and helped us by reviewing the system installed and changing the pump for a larger one. We now have good heating in all rooms.
Great to have customer service after installation. Would highly recommend the company.

I can highly recommend Qualis, from start to finish the service provided was excellent. I had underfloor insulation, a new boiler and radiators fitted for £709.
The underfloor insulation installed by Mark, was polite, helpful and worked like a Trojan alongside the other lad, they are both a credit to your company.
The independent contractors Kevin and Dave who fitted the boiler and radiators were also lovely, polite, hardworking and processional at all times.
I also have to mention the team on the other end of the phone as each time I called with a query they were always really helpful, courteous and keen to answer or solve any problem.
To begin with I though the scheme was too good to be true but it’s definitely worth pursuing to see if you qualify for additional funding. I was kept informed of any cost incurred at every stage so there was nothing hidden.
Well done to everyone who helped me I won’t hesitate recommending you to friends & family.

Came out gave me one price and arranged a survey. The survey took place with some measurements then the member of staff sat for 5 hours while he did his paper work during this pandemic. He then gave me a wildly different price for the work. Afterwords on the phone I suggested this paper work could have been completed off site. At this point they said I should have told him to leave rather than taking the feedback. I feel the time spent in my house was to pressure me in to accept the higher price.

Someone from Qualis came to give us a quote, taking into account the "free boiler grant". After stating that under floor insulation was possible, and that a new boiler and floor insulation would cost us only a bit over £400, we booked with them.
On the day we should have had the work done, we discovered that the under floor insulation was actually not possible, raising the cost for us from 400 to over 1000!!! We feel that they misled us to try to make us accept a quote we wouldn't have accepted in the first instance.
We absolutely do not recommend this company.

I was told I would maybe have a small amount to pay towards a new boiler and insulation, but will have to wait till survey is done nearly 5 hours the surveyor was here and I asked him this is not going to cost me is it as I have no money ( I have never claimed benefits in my life but leaving my husband I had to) he said no sign here to start work he never mentioned any money or amount to me. After work is complete I was asked for £607.92 just before Xmas 😢 I said to Craig this is a mistake as I was told I had nothing to pay he as well as the office staff made me look like a an idiot, I asked them to get the survey to contact me which the never, now a few weeks till Xmas with 3 small children I receive a threatening letter in saying if I don’t pay by we’d 9th December I will have to pay the full amount plus all legal fees, I am so upset how can these people sleep at night, not once have I received any kind of correspondence to say what I had to pay nothing and all they kept saying to me you where told and you signed I really hope Karma is true and Philip i hope you have a wonderful Xmas as I know my children will now have nothing I don’t care what you come back with I was never told any amount of money I had to pay!! 😡😢

Applied for government scheme for heating boilers over 10 years old. Scheduled for under floor installation 7 days ago (Friday) and boiler installation on the Monday. Underfloor insulation not completed Friday (traffic problem in Glasgow) expecting completion on following Monday. Now 5 days on, with a telephone message from Qualis today that the underfloor team would be this afternoon it was a no show! Central heating carried out by a sub contractor over TWO days with engineer working into the evening on both days. Insufficient time allowed by Qualis! All tradesmen were excellent and worked efficiently without breaks. I suppose my underfloor job will be completed ‘eventually’.

Had Qualis install underfloor and loft insulation at my home. Their installer, Mark, worked like a trojan from the minute he arrived until the minute he left. Courteous, respectful of the property and very clean and tidy. Absolutely first class workmanship.
