My mum and dad got a new boiler fitted and insulation up and down staires 1st visit Craig was Great then Andy could not do enough to help as my parents are 82 and 78 that is Very important to me! Jamie and Ryan looked after the insulation 100% and today Dom 100% finished the new boiler what a team if anyone would like their boiler or and their central heating system replaced I can only say you will be very satisfied also a big thank you to kirsty regards Robert c Newton mearns

If you want someone to organise a happy day out in a brewery don't choose these people. On the initial visit we were told we qualified for the scheme for a new boiler and were quoted an amount it would cost.
We then had a visit from a surveyor who took 4 1/2 hours to complete the survey and then came up with a cost which was 2 1/2 times more than the original figure quoted.
After a few weeks and attempts to find out what was happening the surveyor said their office would contact us to arrange an install date.
The office contacted us to say they couldn't do the installation. This is after being told by everyone that the install was going ahead.
Nothing is joined up with this company
It has been a total waste of our time and their time. If someone had done the job properly in the first place time would not have been wasted.

I had loft, underfloor and new boiler. I could honeslty say these guys were so professional. They explained what they were doing and how long they would be. They cleaned all mess after each job. Would honestly recommend

Just had a new boiler and radiators fitted and also under floor insulation. From initial contact on 8 July to completion yesterday the customer care from Shayne and Andy was outstanding. Mark who fitted insulation was very friendly whilst being professional and also advised of the benefits expected and also on condition of pipes and underfloor area. Chic and John who fitted the boiler and radiators were the utmost professionals who were also very friendly. Each of the tradesmen explained in depth what work they were undertaking. I didn't catch the electrician's name but he was also friendly and professional. I thought there would be much more upheaval than there was. All waste removed and very tidy job left. Thank you doesn't seem enough. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose. Thanks again.

I was unsure where to got to find a trustworthy and reliable company to provide and install a new boiler so inquired with my local council who they used for installations. Qualis was on a very short list provided.

Shayne delt with the booking and priced the job. Arranged the time and date. Company phoned to let me know Paul was arriving to carry out the instillation. About 15 mins later ,on time he introduced him self. In to the loft area he went, then started the job.an hour and a half later.job done..clean and tidy . No rubbish anywhere.well done.

We recently had a new boiler, loft insulation and underfloor insulation installed by the team at Qualis. We were very satisfied with the service from start to finish as were were expecting much more disruption to the house especially for the underfloor insulation. The tradesmen we able to carry out the install from below the floor which was fantastic.

Excellent work and by initially Shayne who did the first survey and see if I qualified for the government's scheme due to Universal Credit and happy day's I was. Andy then came out to complete the second survey and did the measuring up and check for any hazards like asbestos and access, that was all good so he arranged to have a installation date emailed to me as soon as possible given that we are in the crisis we are just now. A few weeks later Ross and Mark arrived and installed my underfloor insulation and my new boiler, both were extremely professional,friendly they cmmpleted the work to a very high standard and left the job with minimal disruption and mess whilst maintaining social distancing etc. I would highly recommend them to anybody and have done so, if you are eligible for for government funding or just looking for a exceptional job please contact them you will not be disappointed, thank you Guys at Qaulis it's been a pleasure.
