Qualis Scotland Ltd (T/A Qualis) 

After swimming with sharks we found Qualis.our first contact was with Shayne who visited us although dying with the cold he spent time and answered all our Questions with ease although some sounded stupid but we needed reassurance we were with the right company.He then did the applications required and said it would take a week to get approval he did contact us within a week to arrange a full survey by Craig ( a second ambassador )who professionally did the survey taking a full 2 hours and then booked our installations.I must thank Mark and his team for struggling under our floor although they were rewarded with tea and bicuits .On the same day our Boiler was professionally installed by an excelant and polite lad called Ross who made a complicated instal look easy he also spent time explaining the controls of both the thermostat and boiler.I must congratulate Qualis for an excellent job done and I have recommended them to our friends who I do believe that man Shayne has started visiting them .I wish Qualis every success in the future .

An excellent company to deal with. We were politely approached by them to see if we qualified for an Eco scheme and fortunately we were. My husband was rather dubious as had been approached by two other companies but weren't comfortable with what we had been told. However the Qualis representative Joe was far better at explaining the scheme and giving us assurances that we did fit the right criteria. Every contact we had with the company from this initial meeting was completely professional and thorough and quick! They turned up every time they said they would, they were polite and they carried out an excellent job. The plumber Fraser worked extremely hard for a very long day to make sure we were up and running by the end of the day and he came back the next morning to carry out further checks. We are absolutely delighted and can't recommend this company enough. Thankyou Qualis - we are extremely grateful.

I recommend this company completely! The ongoing advice and support from beginning to end from Shayne was excellent. He was professional, friendly and explained everything in detail prior to installation. He made himself available even after working hours for any queries I had!
Ross who fitted the boiler was professional and very confident in his work no matter the issues he faced during installation. His attention to detail was excellent. I left him in my house to complete job without hesitation.

While Ross was fitting my new boiler the managing director even paid a visit to make sure everything was going to plan.
I even have a ten year guarantee for parts and labour. How good is THAT!

Boiler and underfloor insulation
On the 27th Nov I had a survey completed saying I was eligible for this scheme. Exactly 1 week later and the job is done. I have a lovely new boiler and insulation is complete. I could not be happier with the service I have received from start to finish. The team were amazing. Andy who carried out the survey, Mark and Jamie who were under the house and wonderful Ross who fitted the boiler, they were all fab. Can't thank the team enough and highly recommend them....

I saw shaynes post on Facebook about the free boiler I thought that it wouldn't apply to me as working people usually don't get these deals. However I decided to message Shayne about it anyway as I was told the day before that I would need a new boiler. Shayne came out to the house the same day that I contacted him to check the boiler and speak to us about the scheme. I'm so glad that I did contact him as we were entitled to the free boiler. The whole process was very quick and Shayne kept us updated throughout. I would highly recommend this company to anyone . Quick, efficient installation headed up by Shayne Stride. Initial contact 01 Nov, completed by 18th Nov, Shayne even responding to a query while officiating at friends wedding. Installation crew (Brian plus 1) very effective, clean tidy and pleasant to deal with. Overall a good experience and, it appears, an efficient quiet heating system. Can be well recommended to any other potential clients.

Had Qualis in to fit a new Gas Boiler. The fitter and his mate were great and had the job done quickly and very professionally. They were also very tidy and answered any of the questions I had willingly. I would recommend Qualis Limited to any potential customers looking for a new boiler fitted.

I was actually in conversation with another company to fit my boiler and underfloor insulation and was awaiting them getting back to me (it was dragging on and I waited two weeks for a response to confirm installation) During this wait I was contacted by Qualis rep Shane Stride, when I explained my predicament to him, he was fully sympathetic towards my plight and offered to wait 2 weeks to contact me and check on my progress.

The deal with the original company fell through and true to his word Shane called back took some details and arranged for a surveyor to call and finalize the details.

Had a boiler and underfloor insulation fitted last week, the guys arrived on time and done a great job. they left no mess and were professional. Very pleased and would 100% recommend.

Had a boiler and underfloor insulation fitted last week, the guys arrived on time and done a great job.
I was a bit apprehensive about the insulation as I thought it would leave a mess and distrupt my day but they were professional and tidied up after themselves and even took the rubbish away.
