Having boiler breakdown completely during COVID was to say the least worrying (80 years old with underlying health problems and self-isolating). Craig came and did a survey on the Wednesday ( masked and gloved keeping away from me ) Explained the process for the boiler change and underfloor insulation and said that they could book us in for the Monday !!! E-on also do boiler changes and had quoted a 12 weeks delay ................
Delighted with Craig and Ross who did the installation. Both were absolute gents ! Nothing too much trouble . They worked flat out all day , didn't even take a lunch break and as promised everything was done by the evening, including cleaning up. My career was in Quality Management as a lead assessor and I wouldn't give A 5 STAR REVIEW unless merited. Have already told my neighbours to go with Qualis if they have any heating issues at all.

We received a very competitive quote from Shayne and less than 2 weeks later our new boiler was fitted.
We are delighted with the work which was finished in only one day. We had been a bit concerned about having work done during lockdown but the guys were professional and wore protective gear and cleaned up after they had finished.The new boiler has made such a difference already.

This team installed a new boiler and underfloor insulation over two days. Everything was done to schedule and disruption kept to a minimum. The effort made to socially isolate and maintain strict hygiene under current covid-19 conditions was impressive and greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend this company, and will be asking them to maintain the annual boiler service contract.

Delighted with new boilers and insulation install. Shayne Stride was great at setting up the job and explaining all that was involved. His team were very professional, helpful and efficient in dealing with the work involved. Everything was carried out on time and to a high standard.

From start to finish Qualis engineers were very hard working and did an excellent job of putting in my new boiler. I can’t believe the difference in the hot water and the how quickly the radiators heat up. Shayne Stride was the initial contact and he was very clear and quick to get the job underway. They worked above and beyond. Remained working well into the evening in order to complete the job.

My job of new boiler and new central heating system required disruption, ie, floorboards and carpet removal in places. These men returned everything back as they found it.

Excellent service throughout. 2 good guys came and installed the underfloor insulation on time and very quickly and efficiently. Plumber ( Fraser) was also on time for fitting a replacement boiler and hive controls and so helpful, efficient and never stopped when he arrived about 8.30am until he left at about 6.15pm. Ran us through the controls and tidied up everything behind him. We couldn’t have asked for a better service..

Excellent service from start to finish. Shayne Provided excellent customer service. Seem less process and great attention to detail. I would highly recommend.

The process of negotiating our way through the ECO3 grant system was carried out in an efficient, trouble free and friendly manner by Shayne Stride during his visits in early January.
Agreement on the costs (grant element and our contribution ) was reached immediately and 17th February was set as the date to carry out the works. This proved unsuitable for us and a revised date of 20th February was readily agreed.
The boiler team of Fraser and Dom arrived promptly on 20th and carried out the work in a very courteous and workmanlike way, all to our satisfaction.
The insulation team led by Mark telephoned to say that they had been delayed but would arrive about 10.30 am. This type of notification is much appreciated as it keeps clients in the picture.
The team duly arrived and proceeded to carry out the works in a similar courteous and workmanlike manner, again to our satisfaction.
In summary, we would like to express our thanks to Qualis for the professional way in which the work was organised and carried out. Payment was a straightforward process at the end of the day when all of the work had been completed.
We have had enquiries from friends in Blairgowrie and have had no hesitation in recommending Qualis.

We had a complete boiler breakdown and Qualis came to the rescue. Shayne was really helpful in the sales process and was able to answer any questions about different options. They managed to come out within 2 working days and the heating engineer put in an epic 13 hour shift to get our heating back up and running. When I first witnessed how Qualis delivered an honest and professional survey at a friend's house, I knew I had to get them over and provide the same for myself. This did not disappoint as Shayne delivered the same honest and professional survey and presented me with the options to replace my 20y/o boiler, there was no pressure in choosing the best boiler, or even choose Qualis at all, shayne was patient and gave honest advise.
Within a week of making the choice of boiler was it installed and my system fully flushed to make the most of the new installation.
The house is much warmer than before, with less effort from the boiler. Truly a heart (and home) warming experience!

I cannot recommend Qualis Scotland highly enough. Shayne Stride went over and above to ensure our tenant had heating while their boiler was being replaced. This job was not the run of the mill straight forward replacement of a boiler. Shayne and his team had to communicate with several different people, including factors to ensure the boiler was vented properly as per regulations.
