What a nice helpful chap Spenser is.
I have a Vello electric bike with a Zehus hub.
When it wouldn't calibrate - the bike would only connect to the app when plugged into the wall.
I tried to get some support from the manufacturer in Italy. They were as little help as possible, on the second attempt at dealing with them they sent me a list of exorbitant costs for posting it back to them in Italy, and potential repair costs. They never once mentioned there is a UK service centre.
By chance I found that Quella are the uk distributor. One phone call with Spenser later, my Hub was in diagnosis, fixed and returned within 7 days. For a fraction of the cost of posting to Italy and back.

Excellent customer service

I waited for my bike about a month as it was out of stock. When they got it they sent it next day. The bike was 80% assembled and only the pedals, the saddle, the handle bars and the front wheel needed to be put on. The bike looks amazing and I am loving the turbo function.

Went above and beyond expectation and provided me with a tyre that was not listed on the web site.

Every part of this company is well designed, aesthetically pleasing and user friendly.
I chose a Quella bike to be different and design is important to me. It looks beautiful and rides really well.

I will definitely use Quella again when the time comes.

Absolutely fantastic customer support from Spencer. From e-mail enquiry to order processing was all done in less than 2 hours.
Bike arrived within 3 working days and is of superb build quality.

Very quick responses to my query and sent out replacement parts straight away. The brake levers had a known manufacturing fault, so that was straightforward. Also sent in a picture of my saddle and they sent a new one with no quibbles. Great company to deal with.

Very pleasant purchasing experience; upon an online order I expected to receive the bike in 2-3 working days. Since there was no update in the status about delivery after a day, I called and got through to a person within a few rings (no going around in circles with automated answering machinery). The issue was recognised and fixed with a next day delivery, all a good sign of excellent customer service.

I've had a Quella for a couple of years now and love it. The bikes are well-built and offer a smooth ride with very little maintenance. The company, too, has been great to deal with. They were very available to answer my questions before ordering and also in dealing with a small part that arrived cracked. The replaced it quickly and with no fuss. All in all, fantastic bikes from a great company that made the whole process easy.

The bike is great and the components are of a good level for the value.

The tyres and pedals are the only weak point. The kenda tyres are poor so be prepared to spend £80 on tyres.

These bikes are lovely. Bought one for my 17 yr old son - he LOVES it. All black Nero with the bullbars. Minimal maintenance/things to go wrong.

easy order, great communication, definitely a reliable business versus other bike companies I came across that behave appallingly (single speed very colourful ones based in uk-make sure you pay on credit card)

Bought a pannier bag for my bike and the quality is excellent - everything looks well made, very waterproof and lots of thoughtful touches to make the bag super functional.

Arrived very fast, good materials, bike rides great. Bought on cycle to work scheme for a good discount: was no fuss.
